The employees the gm is all trash they give ppl food that is under temp and can make ppl sicc they talk to customers crazy no respect the gm racist I used to work here and she have favorites she have a employee who is white that she let do w.e and won't receive any write up or nothing ? she cuss at customers leave the store and really abandon her shift to take her kid to school but take hours to get bacc she come to work drunk she talk to customers crazy and won't in no way be in trouble because her and the gm got something going on together the gm have fired ppl for doing Minor things and have fired ppl for juss walking away from a situation and the manager who was also their said they would basically cover the shift but sit there and say you abandon your shift but will let this same manger leave when ever she wants with no repercussionsThe store nasty the dish y'all food go in don't be washed correctly at all food be old and they still will give it to you Caroline hoerig and haliegh hornHave something going on together that's why Caroline won't fire haliegh no matter what she do no matter how many ppl tell her how messed up and disrespectful haliegh is and should have been fired a long time ago if y'all still wanna eat here I would be shocked but I am a former employee and I juss wanna let y'all know how messed up this job and ppl is and how messed up and nasty your food and the store is

The assistant general manager was so rude and hateful and after me and my family spent $35 there , they forgot 1 thing and made two things wrong , she refuse to help and basically called us a liar .. please Taco Bell franchise or not please do better on treating your customers with care and respect and when we as hard working family's spend our hard earned money there and something is not right , just make it right ,

If I could give 0 stars I would . there’s no way with 2-3 cars in front of me , it should take 15-20 minutes to take their order . I get to the window and still have to wait . It’s supposed to be FAST food but isn’t fast at all . If you’re trying to get Taco Bell on your lunch break I would suggest go somewhere else because they will waste your whole break. This needs to be fixed ….either they need to get staff or just close down already . Any food with any type of tortilla chips or hard crusted is stale and taste weird .

as a former employee never eat here cancer grade d beef that is rarely brought to correct temp only 3 night shift workers so if u use doordash good luck the place is dirty af OLD FOOD is served on the next shift if I wasn't cleaning nobody was the floors have years of debris on them literally years of old caked up food on the floors and on the fryers if u want to get food poisoning this is the place and the service omg these employees not only are they slow and forgetful but they are extremely rude if you have the audacity to ask for your food made correctly this has to be the absolute worst place to eat from in Columbus the McDonald's or arby's next door way safer and better options.

I went specifically for one thing, the chili cheese burrito aka Chilito. I used to love those things but several years ago Taco Bell dropped them from the menu. I recently found out that they may be available again so had to give it a try. I was able to order them via the app and then pick them up. Still tastes awesome. Price has gone way up from what it used to be, but that is just like everything else. I’ll definitely be getting more.

Waited for 40 minutes in line (only 2 cars in front of me). Got to the window and still had a wait so I cancelled my order. I’ve worked in fast food and I’m still in the service industry; no matter how hard I try I can’t justify more than a 10 minute wait time. Previously have gotten food poisoning from this location (I learn the hard way). From what I experience as a customer, management is not effectively supporting staff and staff does not care about food service-safe standards.EAT ANYWHERE ELSE.
