I think it depends on who is making the food, sometimes its made so perfectly, other times it's like a 2 year old threw it together. No consistency.Also, when I ask for sauce I never get enough.I just ordered a nachos bell grande, didn't ask for any sauce. I got home and had 44 sauce packets in my bag ? so those went in the trash.But, it's taco bell ... I certainly don't expect fine dining or anything...

Ice machine was broken. The woman in the drive thou was on her phone the whole time. Maybe instead of being on you phone, maybe, just maybe, do your damn job. Your team leader was no where to be seen after she took my order. Didn't get my frys and came in and they got an attitude with me. Garbage service.

Stopped in for some quick food. They were out of hard shell tacos and black beans, but they made up for it with great service and portions. The best Taco Bell I have had in probably a decade. Just what I needed in my evening. Thanks to the chill staff!

Terrible service, I went to the store at 1:30 to buy on my bicycle and the cashier, who was a racist American brunette girl, did not want to serve me, she did not want to take my order at the drive-through, I approached the window, she saw me, she ignored me. and he left, the cook was the one who served me, seriously, know how to get better workers who know how to serve customers

I asked for fresh chalupas and they gave me some old ones. Very hard to chew. A black chick and 2 black dudes working there. I’m not racist and yes I’m blacker than all of them. Just poor employees.

Literally just ordered from there specifically, said no sour cream on none of the food since it makes me sick. My food was covered in sour cream. Thanks for taking my money and giving me food. I can't eat Taco Bell.

The food is okay, but most of the time, I don't get what I ordered, or they don't make my power bowls correctly. I have worked in fast food, so I usually shrug it off when something is wrong, but my food is almost never right when I come here. It gets to a point where it is not worth the money. On top of that, the customer service was slightly rude the last time I went.

This Taco Bell does a great job at making my food... they stir the refried beans so I don't get a dry lump like some other places. They are also decently fast. Other than eastgate their training store this is my second favorite.

Ordered at 620 Georgesville. I ordered the chalupa meal. I asked to trade the sour cream for southwest dressing. You'd think it would be an even trade. But It cost $1.20 to do this. Then when I get home, there's barely any sauce on the Chalupa's. So disappointing.

This used to be my favorite taco bell cause it's so close to home, it would usually be fresh. But the last 4 times I've had issues. First, I ordered ahead on the app to pick up after work and my food had sat on the counter 2 hours when I picked it up and it was soggy and cold. I didn't realize how old and gross it was until I was home. Why would you do that in case the person doesn't pick up? Usually you place the order on mobile then it's there to easily start making when the person gets there and checks in. Second, I tried to pick up in the drive-through and was told to park in a spot. I waited a long time and everyone else was getting their food first. I got my food eventually and drove home to realize I got someone else's food so I had to go back. At least the worker was nice that day. Third, I was ignored about 10 min in the drive-through another night so I pulled ahead when a line was forming. At the window, I was still ignored while an employee slammed stuff around inside. Another employee appeared and initially ignored me then I asked if they were having problems and if I should cancel my order. They told me to park in a pick up spot and couldn't find my order at first. Then after waiting another 10-15 min, it turned out the fryer was broken? So they finaled my order so I couldn't cancel it and get my refund. I finally got a response from a manager and should be getting a gift card for that order. Today, the fourth time, I wasn't feeling good and was home from work and really just wanted fiesta potatoes so I placed a delivery order. When it came, it was just a Doritos taco and nothing else. The fiesta potatoes was the whole reason I ordered. What happened to this taco bell? It used to be the best. I really wanted those fiesta potatoes today...I try to be nice every time I'm there, and it takes a lot for me to write a negative review, but I've been getting really frustrated at my wasted time and money ?
