Beverly rocks! I hate shopping for jeans. But Beverly nailed it with the first pair she suggested I try on. She's a professional for a reason. To her superiors at Talbots, her management skills are first rate. She gave me the attention I needed as a customer all the while quietly and effectively directing her staff and ensuring all customers were cared for. She deserves some recognition and a raise!

I shopped at Easton Talbots looking for an outfit to wear to my mother’s funeral. I really needed something in a pinch and wasn’t in the mood for shopping. I was shopping with my sister in law who is always helpful. The employee, Belva, was extremely knowledgeable on what would look good on me. She immediately put together three beautiful outfits for me. She steered me to a beautiful and comfortable choice and I was very happy with her choice. Thank you Belva!

They do modern classic better than most. Staff is attentive and friendly. Very clean, well organized store with choices for Misses, Women and Petites. They have spacious dressing rooms and do have frequent sales. This has been my favorite clothing store for years.

The Talbots located at 4162 Easton Gateway is the best Talbots in Columbus. The staff particularly Trudy is outstanding. She not only cares about what you like how the clothing fits but she cares about how your day is going. Hands-down this is the best Talbots ever. And I have been shopping at Talbots since 2002.

Decent selection. Seems over-staffed but received much more personable service today than in the recent past. Corporate must have told them to start acting better. Sharon was so sweet and helpful!

Talbots is not what it used to be with impeccable customer service. I bought a linen blazer that they didn’t have in the store. They had it shipped to me and after a month I hadn’t received the blazer so I called customer service and they said they “lost it.” Mind you, it was paid for and if I wouldn’t have called, the payment wouldn’t have been refunded. I literally couldn’t believe I did not receive the courtesy of letting me know they lost the package and kept my payment! I’ve had a Talbots card and have been a customer since 1985. So sad to end the relationship!

I have shopped at Talbot's for decades. Little by little, I've watched quality and service decline. The most recent is a merchandise credit I received from the return of a shirt which I ordered and returned with the receipt well within two weeks. I tried to use the credit and it would not be honored. I won't purchase anything from Talbot's, again. So disheartening.

I went to this Talbots to get an outfit for an interview the following day. I was a bit nervous because 1- It was my first big interview since moving to the area and 2- It was last minute and I wear petite sizes - which doesn’t work out well for me most of the time because many stores end up not carrying enough petite sizes to put a decent outfit together. When I arrived, Carol introduced herself and started helping me right away. She listened to my preferences and chose items that fit well and were in perfect alignment with what I was looking for. She was personable, gave honest feedback when I tried things on, and chose as many sale items as she could. She was thorough at check-out, ensuring I received as many discounts as possible, and she was genuine the entire time. I really liked working with her to find the perfect outfit(s). The store was clean and warm, well-stocked, pleasant music playing.. It was truly a great experience, which you don’t find often when trying to shop for clothes. I’ll definitely be back here, and I recommend others shop here as well. Thank you!
