While visiting the area, we stopped in because my sister loves to stop at Targets where every she visits. This is a typical Target but what made me review was that they sold hair! I have never seen this in a Target before and clearly, it is very popular as there is only one pack left on the shelf.

I was in Target shopping for home essentials and other things like snacks, decor, etc. I ran into a women who had just lost their home due to a house fire. It had me terribly upset hearing about it and all I could think was "This poor woman must be going through it all, I really hope everything is okay with her and she doesn't need to deal with any other nonsense." Of course this wasn't possible for her, she checks out all the stuff in the top of her cart. With how expensive everything is and all she had in her cart must have been over $200. She paid for it and me and her were were talking while we exited the store. Moments later security comes out yelling at her and telling her they need her back in the store because she "stole" something. She realizes in the moment, she forgot about the air mattress she had in the bottom of the cart. This mistake has been made by me, my mom, literally anyone. She apologizes and says how she lost her home literally the night before. Do they care? Absolutely not, they take her in and put her on a "do not trespass list" are you kidding me? I have walked out of a target accidentally with a $40 comforter and hadn't payed for it. Security alerted me, went back in payed, told them it was a misunderstanding and nothing happened to me? Not to mention I'm a white person, the woman I'm talking about was a black woman. Do you see the discrimination? Cause I sure as hell do, I'm disgusted honestly.

It's been a while since I walked into this Target. It used to be a great store. Today we went in, and loaded up a cart. The store is clean and the carts are always in good shape. We finish shopping and go to the front to find no cashiers and a huge line at the self-checkout. Typical these days but sadly not unusual. Some guy at a self-checkout starts yelling for service because no one is there to help. A worker from customer service goes over to help him. A couple minutes later no less than four people show up at the front to see who was yelling. We told what appeared to be an asst manager he'd been helped and mentioned it'd be nice if more registers were open on a Saturday. He told us they were closed because everyone called off. Dude. I just watched four people run up and subsequently fade back to the aisles, not including the two standing around in electronics doing nothing and you're telling me you have no one to take people's money? That's too bad because this used to be a nice store.

While I really like my target, every time I try to shop, I have to get harassed by AT&T employees. While the first time it was whatever, it's so annoying to not be able to shop without having to tell some random employee no multiple times. I also don't like how if I say no, they keep asking, I get that's probably how they're trained, but it's very annoying. I shouldn't be interrupted by a randomly employee.

Customer Service sucks! Do yourself a favor and don't check it out at Morris Crossing

3/2/2022 8:59pm This is a very nice and clean target. I never have any issues finding products here. I love the new men's hygiene section they have here! I come often!!

Surely I've already reviewed this? Okay. Well, this is the closest to us, so Sweetie or I come in quite often. It's a standard Target, layout is normal. "Big box" but not huge, so you might not find everything you need, which you might at a bigger store like Meijer. But they have a good selection, and some nice items. Usually I am here for household goods. They have some food, hardware, a big clothes section, etc. Decent toy area. Prices are a little higher than Walmart or Meijer, but not bad. Plenty of parking, handy to Easton and the highway. I don't know, some folks love this place. I tolerate it.

Staff on Olentangy not wearing masks. Employee walking right through the store no mask at all. Yes, I am certain it wasn't just a guy in a red polo. He had a nametag and he's lucky I'm not naming him. WEAR A MASK IDIOTS!!!!

Ordered first pair of frames online in February...already had prescription just wanted a second pair. About a month later I reached out to Target to learn order was 'missing' but not cancelled. They had no plan to contact me. Chat agent was fair at best. Instructed to cancel and reorder.I should've learned but reluctantly ordered another online pair early April. Contacted them late April to learn order was 'pending'. Service agent on phone contacted my Doctor and confirmed RX, which she said was the hold-up and we were all set. Today, May 6, I called to check status and low and behold, the order was stuck pending RX. Ridiculous - cancelled and ordered at a normal O.D. Expecting in 5 business days with only $6 increase in cost. Much easier to use insurance too. Well worth it.Target Optical is a mess - don't make the same mistake.

Like the location. Employees have been friendly more recently than over the past few years. I'm not sure if they recently received guest relations training but it is nice when several employees asking if they could help us find something. As usual, stop for one $10 item and leave spending $150.

This Target location is NEVER stocked! The shelves are literally empty at all times! If it's such a busy location, staff and restock accordingly!

Nice selection of products and goods. The Starbucks employees are nice and so are the checkout employees. Parking lot can be annoying to navigate depending on the time of day. There were free samples of shampoo when I visited so that was cool. Last time I went there were children throwing footballs (no idea why this was being allowed by the store) in the entryway which then hit me fairly hard in the stomach as I was walking into the store (but that's not Target's fault.) This isn't the first time another shopper here has been impolite to us. No longer my favorite Target location simply because the other shoppers seem to be more respectful at the Whitehall or Polaris Target.

Great items but terrible customer service. Showed up early for a pick up order. Store was not busy at all. Offered to get the item myself if the coupon code could be honored. Was told nope by the manager Adrienne & to wait 2 hours & come back!! Absolutely outrageous. Found the same in store coupon on cartwheel, got the item & canceled the order. Why wasn't anyone willing to suggest that. Store associates also have no knowledge of how to use the app. Needs to hire better employees.

Went here for groceries and ended up looking at cute summer dresses they had on sale! Very clean, huge selection, and different varieties of produce at great prices. Would like to have seen more baskets near the produce for easier access to carry things.

Target is my go-to store for a few things. I like that I know that when I got there, they'll most likely have what I'm looking for. This trip was no different. I had a few things on my shopping list - but only 1 I was coming to Target specifically for. A bra - or actually 2 bras. I've had great success in the past with their undergarments (and athletic wear). They have a nice selection and fair prices. For ladies who understand my challenge - it's awesome to offer larger chest measurements with smaller cup sizes. Or more specifically - 36A. For $10 each. After picking a couple out (no need to try on), I went ISO a few other items on my list. One was a pan. Just a simple pan t replace one I accidentally burned up - left unattended and (THANK GOODNESS) found before I burned the house down. They have nice pans and cooking sets - but I was just looking for something cheap. Best to check out Goodwill next time I'm there. Also on my list - vitamins. Their prices were OK - not great - but convenient since I was there. And finally - some grocery items. I knew Target had a grocery section but had never shopped it. I tried and learned I never will shop it. Their selection seemed to be limited - but did they surprisingly have some produce along with dairy, frozen and the shelf items I figured they would have. Needless to say - I had to stop at the grocery next. One other thing I like about Target - you can shop online and pick up your order for free at the store. I absolutely hate to pay shipping. And I also hate to drive around looking for things I don't know where to find. So in the past, I've found some random things at Target that I had shipped there and picked up for free. If I remember correctly, I bought some essential oils from their online store and picked them up. Awfully handy when you don't have Amazon Prime and they're located in area that is convenient to get to.
