I had an enjoyable shopping trip here. However, many of the shelves were messy and there were often items in the aisle blocking the way, which may create an accessibility issue for some. Despite this, there were accessible bathrooms and automatic doors which provide some accessibility.

Disgusting customer service attention from the girl working at "returns/exchanges". We were wanting to pick up an order and were waiting for someone to help us. She comes over and looks at us with a disgusted face. No greeting, no how can I help you, no nothing. I had to approach her and ask if she could help. I must've asked her to sacrifice her first born because it was nothing but an attitude after that. Anywho, if youre that miserable, go find something else to do for a living. For reference, it was the black woman with short hair that was there around 12-1.

Now that Target is talking about rolling back DEI policies maybe just maybe people will shop here again..

I have just learned that Target is ending DEI to support the diverse nature of our population. I previously have shopped extensively on a weekly basis. Target no longer has the courage to support its OWN customers. I’m done with you. I advise all Target customers to call all Target stores to voice your opinion about their CHOICE against people of diverse backgrounds

Target I used to hold you in such high regard. I gave you accolades all the time because I loved how you were so inclusive with every different group of human beings. You had yourselves in top-tier positions. I’ll never spend another dollar at Target. I hope the decision to do away with your programs is worth the business you’re about to lose.

This was the ONE (1) rack of Hanukkah items on the 2nd night of Hanukkah. So normally I like this target but this was sad to see. You’d think they’d keep the (1) rack stocked during the holiday

This location has gone down hill over the past few years. I used to love coming to this location but it has become a disappointment. I have received expired food several times over the past year or so in my drive up orders. I thought the first one or two times was a mistake but my order today had FIVE expired food pantry items (Rotel tomatoes, 2 Idahoan Potatoes, and 2 Near East Roasted Garlic & Oil couscous) as well as a package of chicken which had the part of the tag where price and expiration date lives torn off. When I went to find non-expired items to exchange, I found even MORE expired food on their shelves. Every shelf I went to had expired food. They had Idahoan Roasted Garlic potatoes that expired in 2021, 2022, 2023, March 2024 on the shelf to be sold! What the hell. How is this legal? Unfortunately, it appears to be legal as there are no federal or state laws saying stores cannot sell you expired food (with the exception of baby formula & baby food). This Target seems to be trying to save a buck and does NOT care about its reputation or its customers. I don't want a damn gift card. I want to be confident that you won't be selling me expired food.

Came here and bought a sheet set, get home to find it had been opened, and a Target employee shoved a sheet of a completely different color into the package and then taped it shut and sold it to me that way. I come to return it, the employee doesn't apologize or offer anything to make up for my wasted time and gas making a second trip back since they tried to scam me. She just held her hand out with a receipt and said nothing.
Target really IS the new WalMart.

Their makeup section had products in the wrong slots and I purchased the wrong color from my intended. I went to exchange and they said they couldn’t exchange for the same item, that they had to issue a gift card. (I had my receipt and everything was still packaged).
We went to use the gift card and you have to enter an access code that you can peel or scratch. We attempted to do both methods and the entire thing ripped. The store wouldn’t do anything and said to call a number in hopes of reissuing a card we didn’t even want.

I needed to process a return ...this was the closest Target but I went in a little nervous based on the reviews about return experiences. However, mine was quick, painless, and friendly thanks to the young man at the counter.
