Drove 20min out to realize things are missing and I was charged for it. Tried calling several times for a refund and no one picks up. The things I'm missing were the reason for my visit! Severely disappointed and never coming back!

I’m sharing again since my last review was hidden. Several other reviews from customers who witnessed what happened were also removed.
I was a loyal shopper of this store until March of last year. I went here to get necessities after my apartment burned down in a fire. I paid with a cashier and my items totaled over $200 dollars. I didn’t realize that I had forgot a $65 dollar air mattress underneath the cart. “Loss Prevention” watched me forget the item and waited for me to leave the cash wrap. They stopped me before I got to the door and immediately ushered me over to the security room and accused me of theft! I offered to pay for the item over and over again and explained that I had more than enough money to pay for it. They weren’t willing to listen to anything I had to say. They pressured me into taking a picture, giving my information, and then put me in a national database for thieves. They also put me on the no-trespassing list.
I was humiliated and this caused extra stress to an already stressful situation. I’ve never had any incidents at Target and to be put on that list was very extreme and unnecessary, especially when I offered to pay for it when reminded!
After a viral TikTok, I received a phone call from the corporate office apologizing, admitting that they could’ve handled the situation differently, and ensuring me that I would be taken off the theft database. They also said that their employees would be receiving additional training. All I wanted was an apology and my name removed from the theft database. Needless to say, I no longer feel comfortable in Target and they’ve lost me as a loyal customer.
Please revisit your loss prevention policies as innocent customers are being affected!

I work two jobs, so Ill often place an order on my lunch break and itll be ready by the time I'm off! The employees are always fast and kind, and my order has been right EVERY time! Give them a treat, they deserve it ❤️

The Easton Target is awful. I was pulled aside bc the said I shoplifted. The manager was being vulgar and threatening about the situation. I told him to come down and find anything that I had stolen and he never came to check me. Terrible. Manger should have been walked out. He was rude aggressive and of course there was no apology.

I love this target. I always shop here & have had a good experience & will continue shopping here, but today I had a really uncomfortable experience with an employee. I was shopping for groceries & looking for buttermilk. U saw an employee stocking stuff so I went up to them & asked where the buttermilk was & he said what so I repeated myself. He ruled his eyes at me & asked if I said milk & I said no I'm looking for buttermilk & he was like MILK? With an attitude & I said no buttermilk & I pulled up a picture of the exact one target carries. He took his ear buds out & checked the little machine they use to see if something is in stock. He got an attitude & pointed in the direction of the milk & was like it's at the top over there with an attitude & turned around to continue stocking. I don't like confrontation so I just walked away to go look for it but it's annoying to ask a simple question about where something is to someone working there & they act like you're ruining there day by asking a question.

Check the clearance!! You’d be surprised of what you’ll find. I’ve found 2 pairs of jeans that fit PERFECTLY way cheaper. My favorite target to go too!

Target @ Easton has a problem with identifying thieves. They target the wrong folks, twice I have been accused and both times they found that my items were paid for.
