Usually I don't have trouble with their in store pick up, but this time their employees really dropped the ball. I specifically requested for my purchase to be bagged in a big bag, I even provided my own. But was completely ignored and the purchase I made was uncovered and given away for my 8 year old daughter to see. It was a Christmas gift. I couldn't leave her at home and it was the only chance I had to pick up the gift. It was really disappointing.

DISGUSTING! i went in to visit my friend while she was working and i had to stop in the bathroom, and it was REPULSIVE. toilet paper everywhere and pee on the seats and it smelled awful. i told an employee about the state of it and they rolled their eyes. then when i met up with my friend, she said she was stressed out because she couldn’t find anything on the online order (she was still new) and no one was helping her and she said they were talking down on her and giving her attitude about her not being able to find it (they didn’t give her a tour of the store or the backrooms) absolutely ridiculous i have worked at a target and i never saw a place as disgusting as this place or hear this bad of management. I will be contacting corporate and i will be trying to talk my friend who was new there to contact them as well. (also before i left, since i couldn’t go to the restroom earlier, i went to go before i left and it was in the same state as when i first tried to go.)

The man working self checkout at is incredibly rude. While we’re checking out, after we had scanned all of our items, I put the hand basket we had been using to carry our items under my arm so I could return it to the basket corral. As we were paying, the tall grey haired man working self checkout came up behind me, said nothing and snatched the basket forcefully from my grasp. I was genuinely shocked and thought someone was trying to grab my purse, so I turned around and made eye contact with the employee. He then laughed at me and walked away, carrying the basket he just grabbed from me. Never did he apologize or acknowledge the fact that he was taking the basket. As we walked away from the self checkout he was still laughing about it. Personally, I don’t think there is anything funny about snatching. He has been rude before when we have come in, but never has he been so physical. I was so distraught about the interaction I let the person working guest relations know about the interaction. I would love for the store to pull the cameras on the interaction, because no doubt he has done this before. It was completely unprofessional, and makes me never want to set foot in the Polaris Target again.
