We had a fantastic experience with Steve Fredrichs at the Easton location. We have been on the search for the right bed. Steve was very friendly, knowledgeable (funny) and non-pressuring/sales-y. We truly went in to look and learn about this brand and left with our new mattress and adjustable base on the way! From the time we left to scheduling the delivery, everything has been easy and smooth! We’re excited to get our bed this week! We highly recommend this location! Thanks Steve!

Store Manager, Michael, and associate Bradley went above and beyond to help with resolve my issue. I bought my flat foundation online, which turned out to be too high for my mattress. I was unaware that Tempurpedic does not do exchanges on their foundations. I went to the store to buy the correct size, and Michael tried his best to see if they could apply a discount to my new order. Although, he couldn’t get me discount on the flat foundation, he was able to give me a free high premium bed sheet. I really appreciated both of their customer service and the respect they showed us. If anyone needs to buy any tempurpedic products, I would recommend Michael snd Bradley at the Easton flagship store in Columbus, OH.
