I have been a member of the gym for a year and a half. It has been a remarkably positive experience for me. I am stronger and more confident in how I use my body. The staff is superb. They are well-trained, encouraging and keenly observant. The facility spacious and well-equipped. The workouts which focus on strength, balance and the core are thorough and challenging. The sessions are tailored or modified to each person to help one improve and avoid injury. They are also efficient and never boring as no workout is the same. Members of the gym are friendly and supportive as well. I strongly recommend joining The Human Form to elevate your fitness.

I have been working out at the Human Form for a little over two years. Recently, my wife started going as well. My strength and physical fitness has undoubtedly benefited from the experience. All of the trainers are knowledgeable, focused and helpful. The community is very opened and friendly. People at all levels of fitness can benefit from the experience. In our family’s opinion, the Human Form delivers what it promises!

The best gym experience I’ve ever had! For the first time in my life, I’ve stuck with a fitness routine and gym for 3+ years. The HumanForm gives me a welcoming, inclusive community that taught me so much about my body and how to build strength and endurance! They’ve also corrected a weak ankle issue I’ve had for years but have gone 2+ years without an ankle injury! My 3x weekly visits to this gym is by far the best part of my week. They have turned me into more confident, strong, healthy version of myself and I will forever by grateful for them.

I’ve been a member of Human Form for over six years. For me, the primary benefit of belonging is the personal attention to proper form the knowledgeable coaches provide in every session. On my own, I’d likely be emphasizing (or straining) the wrong muscles. The format of the workouts are structured and guided, yet flexible enough to allow me to challenge myself at my own pace. I highly recommend HF to anyone who is looking for the combo of structure, coaching, and flexiblity in their gym routines.

Every trainer at this fitness center demonstrates a caring, kind attitude. Each is very knowledgeable about the workouts, proper form, and fitness in general. This is the first gym where I can honestly say I feel comfortable and supported in my specific goals. Give Human Form a try. You won't be disappointed!

I highly recommend Human Form to any one who is looking for a comprehensive health and exercise experience. I absolutely love all the coaches at Human form, they are highly knowledgeable, empathetic and excellent at working with any one with various level of exposure to exercise and weight training. I appreciate the holistic approach to health and love the community feel.

Not a typical gym. Actually, it's something quite extraordinary. You get an individualized program delivered in a small group setting. Caring, knowledgeable coaches provide support to ensure that you are continually challenged and progressing toward your goals safely. Friendly atmosphere. Exceptional staff. Highly recommend!

The Human Form is a wonderful place. I've been attending work-outs regularly for the last six years. The trainers and the work-out programs are top notch. I also really enjoy the sense of community. I can't recommend it highly enough.

I went to participate in a kettlebell worshop this past weekend, that instructed about proper form/etc with regard to a single clean and doing a Turkish get up.Jade and Lauren did a great job covering everything, Michelle was also there to assist, from demonstrating and instructions, checking the group, personalizing and giving pointers/corrections to everyone. There were approximately 15 people at the workshop. The location has an industrial vibe and one of the large doors was open bringing in fresh air. They had large fans running as well. (Side note they do have a/c but this day they chose fresh air).It was a great class and I hope to attend more, definitely worth my Saturday morning.Many thanks to the ladies!

Today is actually my 3rd anniversary at The Human Form so what better time to finally write a review? The short story is HF changed my life. I'm nearly 61 and stronger and healthier than I've ever been. They helped me lose 70 lbs which was cool when I got to walk my daughter down the aisle at her wedding feeling good about myself and not worrying about the pictures to follow. It was even cooler when nearly 3 years later I held my granddaughter in my arms and felt confident I would be healthy and active and functional as she grew up. Enough about me. The concept of small group personal training flat out works. Never more than 5 people to coach so you get personal attention. You also get inspired, pushed, and motivated by the other folks. Worried about your age or your fitness level? Don't be. They make it work. The workouts are varied so you never get bored. Have or had some injuries? Don't worry about it. The coaches will modify anything so you stay healthy (or get better) and still provide you a challenging workout. By the way, I could do a separate review just on how good all the coaches are. Finally I will tell you that I assumed a high level of expertise from the coaches. What I didn't expect was to make friends and feel part of a community like I have and do. Bottom line this place is special. You should check it out.
