I recently called about a 2014 BMW i8 and spoke with someone named Mark. He said that they don’t allow test drives. Interesting policy. I guess I’m supposed to buy a performance car based on vibes?
What really blows my mind is that Richart Chevrolet down the road let me test drive a brand-new 2024 Corvette C8 without blinking. So either they trust their customers, or they understand how car buying actually works.
Not saying it’s age discrimination, but being 22 with a 780 credit score and a six-figure income apparently still isn’t enough to be taken seriously here. I expected more from a dealership selling high-end vehicles.
Hope they reconsider how they treat qualified buyers.

I spoke with Mark at the Motor Collection and he's not your typical car sales person. I'm looking for a specific car and he had everything I needed in the car with the exception of the interior color. He took a lot of time with me, talking about what he had in stock, he was willing to bring the car to a shop to have the pre-purchase inspection completed (other places would not do this) and I suspect he's willing to do it because he knows that the car is in good shape. I'm not local, I'm coming from the Washington, DC area. He went above and beyond and I would absolutely trust him with a vehicle purchase. He's not high pressure, very consultative, and knows his cars. Greg

The motor collection has top tier customer service! I came to them after a terrible experience with another dealership and mark took care of me. The car is absolutely incredible, no dumb sales tactics. To top it all the process took a total of probably an hour. Deserves 6 stars.

Very happy with Mark and the team at The Motor Collection. Car buying process was seamless and efficient. Communication from Mark was great and he was easily accessible. Nice selection of vehicles to go along with a 30 day warranty for peace of mind. I would be happy to buy from them again!

Have now purchased 2 vehicles from Mark. Super experience. Recognize they are used vehicles people. They are not perfect but he sells good quality vehicles for very fair prices. I totally recommend purchasing from him and will continue buying my cars from him!

Recently purchased a 2016 Porsche Cayenne from Mark at The Motor Collection. Stand up service. Over the top professionalism. Car is in great shape after a month of driving (knock on wood) and extremely clean. Cool shop. Unique, quaint local business dealership. The Motor Collection has a really great niche of used offerings. You can buy from the big dealerships or support an awesome local businesses like this. The choice is yours. A+
