Fantastic experience here! Jacob was our main contact throughout the process, and the rest of the staff was always happy to help. Travertine was beautiful and the right shades, plus working with Carifa Tile gave us an extra discount… most importantly, when we ran out of grout mid-project, Jacob found a very close second and has it ready at the register! Thank you!!

This is not what I'm use to for a store. The photos provided are some of there examples in store set up. I do t have a 300 Sq ft bathroom. I have a normal sized bathroom.
This is the 4th tile place I've been to and definitely has the 2nd largest selection possibly the largest selection but with that comes the highest price tag on everything as well.
This store is unique as its not in the best part of town but looks like it's customers are coming from the millionaire areas.
Staff was friendly so at least they have that going for them.
Overall I would give them a 69%

WONDERLAND of gorgeous tile! Visited 1st by ourselves, then with our contractor. Found absolutely gorgeous tile, for showers, kitchen and wainscots. Had no idea such beautiful, practical stuff was even available

This place was much better than Floor & Decor with selection and customer service; F&D was ok, not bad. Darcy was excellent helping us matching our final choices and great during checkout.

Worked w/Drew Beals at the Morse Rd. store and found him to be extremely knowledgeable, patient, genuine, and friendly. I highly recommend the store, and Drew specifically, and I can pretty much guarantee that you won’t leave disappointed!

I had been shopping for over a month for bathroom tile for my century home main bath. One appointment with Shannon braught my vision to life. I ordered floor and shower tile that day. We couldn't be more pleased.
I had mentioned that I had been searching for a kitchen backsplash and she gave me a sample tile that I took home and ordered a week later. It is installed and gorgeous. I will never waste my time shopping anywhere else.

We worked with Shannon, who has magic powers to know exactly what you are looking for and immediately grab the tile. She listened and offered her expertise, which we are so grateful to receive. After months of trying other stores, she had our two bathrooms designed in under an hour. Wish we had gone here first!

I had a wonderful experience at The Tile Shop, especially with Darcy’s help. She listened to my vision and immediately grabbed the perfect tiles for my bathroom remodel. She communicated with me throughout the whole process and went the extra mile to track down my shower floor tiles that were out of stock and to ensure that my floor tiles were the same dye lot as my samples. I highly recommend Darcy for any tile project!

I recently got all my tile here for my bathroom renovation. I loved the selections they had. I worked with Leslie from the start and she truly made my experience. She was so kind, so helpful and really cared about my renovation going smoothly. Leslie made me want to be a repeat customer here. I've worked with Darcy for two bathroom remodels and will happily work with her again. She listened to my initial design ideas and suggested adjustments and ideas for the tile and grout that I would have never thought of! All while keeping my original design and project budget in mind. She's so helpful and personable. She is great at ensuring tile quantities ordered are spot on and I also appreciate her follow-ups to make sure there are no issues. I'll be working with Darcy for future projects; no doubt about it!!

I used to buy everything tile related from Floor and Decor however after dealing with Darcy, I've been coming to the tile shop since. She is very knowledgeable, knows her products super well, and has been a great help throughout the process. She has made picking and buying tile so easy that she is the first person I call now when I have a tile project. Darcy is an asset to your company as exceptional customer service is hard to come by these days. Thanks for all the support!
