Horrible customer service. Sold me an empty propane tank and refused to make it right. Basically said I used it and brought the empty back to try to scam them. Preposterous. Will never do business there again and will encourage friends and family to avoid as well.

It's just a gas station but I wanted to give kudos anyway for the good people who work here. I'm a regular because Thornton's is maybe 5 minutes from where I live, if that, and every single time I come in the staff is usually always super friendly. There was a bit of an issue with panhandlers begging for a while but seems like they've been run off because I haven't seen them in a few months. Good selection of stuff, well maintained. usually I'm a bit skiddish of any kind of non-packaged food at a gas station but it's actually pretty good here. I like getting their breakfast biscuits if I'm on the way to work. Thumbs up!

I have been a customer for 9 years, but today there is a very rude red-haired employee, she yelled at me for just telling her the store's number, she made me feel embarrassed, I am a 62-year-old Latin person, I work for the city and I am not used to it to those mistreatments. I think she is racist. I will not return to

The place is filthy the young man behind the counter was extremely disrespectful. I said something joking around and he took it seriously. All I said was you look tired he then replied to me you look old and tired. He just started his shift at (1:30 pm)and evidently wasn't too happy. Find a new job my guy if you hate your life!! We're all just trying to make it through this crazy world.

Locked my purse, keys, phone in my car! The two young adults who were working were the greatest. Allowed me to use their personal phone to make needed phone calls. Gave me a seat to sit on while I waited for the locksmith to arrive. Very pleasant and helpful.

Never ever get gas here. They put my $ on the wrong pump and then tried to convince me I said other pump when my receipt shows pump I paid for and then tried to short change on my pump only come to realize they put my $ on pump next to me and that persons on mine but weren’t gonna give me what I paid for until I raised holy heck on the cashier. I was parked at the pump I requested and receipt has that pump # on it. Only problem is they double charged my card through it all. That cashier needs to be reprimanded and pay more attention to their job or fire her cause she was not paying attention to anything.
I should have trusted my inner self when I had doubts about this place when I pulled up and now I know why.
I will get my $ back.
Never go here for anything.
