Replacement parts were incorrectly identified. Repair was overpriced to insurance. When the front bumper and grill got put back on the vehicle, half the fasteners are missing! Service is friendly but, workmanship is below a 1 star.

I called to make an appointment with the estimator.was told that they were contracted with my insurance company. And that most people didn’t have the repairs done. They usually just took the money. I dropped my vehicle off for repairs anyway. As I have other vehicles repaired there in the past. If I had known that ownership had changed I would have gone somewhere else. I only reason I knew what was being done to my vehicle was because my insurance company told me. Nobody walked around my vehicle when I dropped it off or picked it up. There were parts missing or didn’t match other side of vehicle. Scheduled to take it back to be made right. Left with parts still missing. Now’s it’s two weeks since they tried to make it right and I still haven’t received any calls or had voicemails returned.

I had a great experience with Three-C, Stephanie went above and beyond to ensure I was updated often. Also, she tried her best to make sure that my car was fixed in a timely manner. I appreciate her kindness and making the process smooth, after dealing with the stress of someone hitting my car. I would highly recommend this body shop.

Very fair on there prices... Three C was the lowest estimate that I got. After being crashed by a hit and run driver My insurance would not pay for my car to be fixed because I didn't get there plate number and I just have liability coverage so even after paying out of my own pocket....Im very happy with the work they did on my car

BEWARE! TRUCK WAS TAKEN IN FOR A TAILGATE AND BUMPER DUE TO BEING REARENDED BY A NONINSURED GUY! SO TO START I AM OUT OF POCKET. WAIT ABOUT A MONTH FOR THE REPAIRS, GO TO PICK UP MY TRUCK, GET 2 MILES DOWN THE ROAD AND THE ENGINE BLOWS UP! MECHANIC STATES THERE WAS NO OIL IN IT AT ALL! BONE DRY! NOT ONLY THAT THE BACK UP CAMERA SENSORS DID NOT WORK AND THEY PUT GIANT STORE BOUGHT BOLTS ON MY BLACK BUMPER! WTH? SCREWED COMING AND GOING. THANKS

Been here twice with two separate cars. They are good at disassembling your vehicle. But when it comes to buying your totaled car back from minimal damage they are idiots when it comes to assembling your vehicle back together. This Mark guy promised not once, not twice but three times that our vehicle would be put back together by a certain date and then refused to pay the extra days for the rental car that the insurance wouldn’t cover. Then when you asked the front desk lady to speak to upper management, they’re too busy to come see you. Will never return here recommend to anybody!

We recently had an excellent experience with Columbus Three-C to which I want to express a big Thank-you to the current team members. What ever you are doing don't loose Stef at the desk. She did a wonderful job keeping communications updates and is a gem ! Our car had been hit by another driver and only needed a new rear bumper and the replacement and paint are very good.

My car was less than two weeks off the lot before someone rear ended me and took out my back left panel. My insurance company recommended I work with Three C and so I took my car to them. They communicated with me the entire time my car was in the shop and even got it done slightly ahead of schedule. And when I had a concern about something I noticed after picking it up, they made it very clear to me they would address it and do right by me. And they did. From the reception desk to the guys handling my car (Mark and Greg) to the shop manager, everyone was extremely kind and professional throughout. I legitimately could not have had a better experience.

Three C has been amazing from the moment they received the job from my insurance company their communication regarding my vehicle has been beyond exceptional ! From having a bad experience from another shop they’ve definitely done an amazing job to give a positive experience. Waiting on insurance to determine what route they were going with my vehicle and even though they hadn’t heard back they continued to let me know by email and phone call what was going on if I could give them more then 5 stars I would. Big shoutout to Dakota and the team for their excellent customer service and making me feel like they valued my concerns and talking me through everything and providing advice when needed would recommend them to anyone looking to take their vehicle to be repaired !

To whom reads this I don’t want to waste your time like mine was wasted so let’s get into it. It wasn’t the fact that it took two months for my car to be repaired (over a month longer than the initial 3-4 week estimated time, which is the entire reason I chose this shop). It wasn’t the fact that this shop sent my car to a Kia dealership to sit and wait for a part for over a month when there was repairs that 3-C could have done in the meantime but didn’t. No, what made this experience unbelievably inappropriate and undoubtedly the worst shop I’ve ever been to was the complete unapologetic lack of communication from 3-C’s side. Communication started fine, but as the weeks went on the only information I could get was when I called repeatedly. Even then when told I would get a call back I STILL didn’t recieve information unless I called first. Furthermore, when I asked to speak to a manager, I was told I’d get a call back but once again I did not receive a call back. This situation became so frustrating due to lack of communication and quite frankly accountability that I had to reach to outside resources to get my car back fixed or not. I truly hope that everyone who deals with this shop has a different experience than me or truly go somewhere else.
