I went for 3 things. 1. Nutella Croissant. 2 . Strawberry frozen lemonade. 3. Cherry Berry refresher drink. They had none of these items. That's just poor management. Crew was great.

The morning crew is under so much pressure for speed, they really try to do their best.I would recommend coming in for lunch and sitting down their dining room is always clean.

Rude woman in the drive through would barely let me order, kept being snappy. My kids even mentioned her attitude saying shes not nice. Gave me half of a drink, made wrong. SOO I took my order to the Georgesville location and they pointed out how incorrect this location made my simple iced capp. Thanks Georgesville for doing everything this location is incapable of doing :)

This location is in some dire need of help. Waited forever. Watched someone get a refund because it took too long. I received an incorrect order after I heard the lady making it ask what it should be at least twice.

Store did not receive app order until I went to the counter. While I waited, the employees loudly complained and cursed about their Christmas experiences (just stop buying such expensive gifts for your children guys!) and a very loud chicken alarm rang out every few minutes. At least they call everyone sweeties, but I expect this sort of behavior from a Waffle House at midnight, not Tim Hortons on an early Sunday. I have had much better Tims experiences than this.Edit: raising the food score because these timbits are fire ? but the coffee is meh

this branch is terrible, you have to wait a long time for an order you placed online to be delivered, when the staff is sitting around doing nothing and they don't even give you what you order because they don't have it, it doesn't look provocative at all because the presentation it is awful. and they don't even apologize for the inconvenience. definitely the worst store.

I went the other day through the drive through around 5:30/6am a few days ago, there was a maleAnd female working that morning. While waiting on my food, the male was yelling and seemed to be having a mental breakdown, not very professional and was rude when paying for my food. Today 10/8/23 at around 9am I went back through the drive-through ordered my food and two drinks. They only gave me one of my drinks and when I asked about my other drink they said they never charged me for it, then I asked if I could just get another then and I’d pay for it. The lady at the window stated that I would have to come in or go around again. The manager was rude and stated they don’t do add add-ons at the window. Maybe if they got my order right that would not happen. The food taste nasty and smells like cigarette smoke. I will never be back to this location again! It needs shut down all their employees are rude and should not be working, half of them look like they are on drugs..

Some of the rudest employees I have ever encountered. I was trapped in the drive thru line for 30 minutes only to be told at the window that they couldn’t take credit cards because their system was down. The drinks were already made, but the employee told us to leave because “we weren’t getting our drinks for free.” ? ?️ Keep in mind that we ordered two iced coffees. So they’re okay with pouring drinks down the drain, but not giving them to a customer that tried to pay but couldn’t because the system is down. Make it make sense… ??♀️

I ordered $50 on the app and they had nothing for my order. They said they had a 25 minute wait time for timbits, and I was already headed to work. They really need to prepare more food in the morning or update their app with an ETA method. Honestly, I'd rather go to a Krispy Kreme instead. At least they have reasonable wait times.

Jennifer, the rep at the drive through ordering station, was exceedingly rude towards the driver of our vehicle on Sunday 9-17-23 at around 11:45 AM. When we attempted to begin our order, the rep seemed as though she was unable to hear our responses, so our driver spoke up clearly and politely, stating “Can we have just a minute, please?” so we could coordinate our order. Her immediate response was unprofessional and belligerent, and when she asked us a question, and was immediately provided with a clear and polite answer of “3 each please” (for cream and sugar) her response was “I’m not a mind reader!”I work as an IT representative for a healthcare organization; professional and courteous customer care is a tenant of my job. This was egregiously the single worst drive through experience I’ve ever witnessed. Immediate rudeness, unprompted.
