I watched them with every customer drain the water and reuse it without cleaning the bowl and reusing supplies with cleaning them as well. Very unsanitary

I'm giving 5 stars to Cathy only which is chair 4. She does nails. The little old lady I think is her mother, does my feet. The only time I'm unsatisfied is if other people work on me. Old lady gets down on them feet too but she is heavy handed. ..lol

I got my nails done at a different nail salon. Well on Christmas Eve. What are my nails came off? I tried to go to TikTok to get my nail fixed, just one nail. She told me that she does not have the peak acrylic. Is she showed me another girl that was getting her nose? Saying that's a peak, wasn't the same. Well, the girl that was there told me that her acrylic was peanut butter color so the lady lied said that she didn't have pick up really instead of telling. I mean that she didn't want to replace my nail. Fix my nail and I was willing to pay. She told me that I had to get a fill in. But I just got my bills done 1 week ago so I didn't need a Fill it but she said that she can't do be a fill in. But she can't replace my nail because she doesn't have the pink acrylic. How can you do be a filler? If you don't have the peak grill, it just say you don't wanna do about else so for that. Woodstar and I go there twice a month to get my eyebrows done.They do good eyebrows but as far as the nails she lied just be honest It was Christmas Eve.So a lot of nail salons were closed and I just wouldn't mind nail fixed for christmas and she lied

Filthy establishment! Floors were dirty, window and front door dirty. The lady was about to use old dirty supplies for my feet.
They use strong chemicals for manicures and didn’t even have masks for customers. They need to just shut it down. They obviously do not care about the health and safety of their customers.

I just want to say my nails where not up to par i got them done last Sunday my thumb nail cracked my stones came off also there were apecs of some sort on each of my nails just terrible so i went back today and they have great customer service they fixed them
With no problem thank you for fixing my nails and giving excellent customer service

It was the worst experience I ever had at a nail shop. The attendants were rude as ever. No services and price list. Just a bunch of unnecessary clusters yes with an s!!!!
I will never ever go there again
Maybe they need some younger nail techs to boost their energy

My nails look a complete hot mess. They are thick, uneven, its gel polish all on my fingers. Just know when you come here your not going to get clean work, and it will be rushed. My nails look like i bought them from walgreens. I use to go here regularly but it seem like management or employees are changing constantly and these new people here are TERRIBLE
