Was satisfied with overall service, I had priced out trans flush, oil change, wheels, tires, mounted balanced and alignment at other shops and no other shops was comparable. I saved little over $1,000 with this shop and there was no hassle. Everything they advertised held true with no hidden catches.

After taking my vehicle to a dealership, and 2 (certified) mechanic shops, TD was able to diagnose my suspension issues (sway bar links) in under an hour. The managers were courteous honest and knowledgeable. The issue was fixed within the afternoon. I’ll definitely return for future services.

Typically I receive great service at this store. On my recent visit I brought my car in for an oil change and asked that they check my air filter and fill my tires as the car had been sitting for several months due to my having been hospitalized. I dropped off the car at 1pm They texted me a little after 3 and advised me of an issue they found but did not have time to repair that day. They told me my car would be ready in 30 to 40 minutes. We went to the store to pick up an hour later and there apparently had been a miscommunication between the gentleman I spoke to and the mechanic so my car was not ready. We waited for an additional 20 minutes before it was ready and shortly after I left I discovered that they didn't check the air pressure in the tires as the low pressure light came on almost immediately after I left.

They messed up win they changed the oil putting the air cleaner on win the check ing light came on I checked it and it was not on all the way took it back and the MEC was real rude so no more business for me

I had driven over a nail, resulting in a flat tire. In the interest of saving money, I initially planned to try to fix the punctured tire myself, but then I decided to come to Tire Discounters per the suggestion of the AutoZone employee I had spoken with. They checked it completely for free and let me know that the nail had made its way to the inside of the tire, shredding it up, and essentially the whole tire had to go. They gave me a quote, which looked a little pricey, as I've been dealing with some financial hardship this year, so I asked if it would be possible to buy the tire cheaper somewhere else and fix it myself. Miguel, who was a big help during all of this, let me know that I should be able to get a cheaper tire from Walmart and that he'd install it for me. When I asked if there would be any charge for this he told me, "I'll take care of it for you. I don't want you to have to deal with all this." Right away, I appreciated the willingness to help, genuine kindness, and transparency. As it turned out, one single tire from Walmart was being sold at a price that came quite close to the quote Tire Discounters had given me for the whole tire replacement and installation procedure. I spoke to Drew over the phone, and he was graciously willing to bring the price down $30 for me. I brought my car right back, and it could not have taken Miguel more than 25 minutes to fix the issue. I am so grateful for how friendly and professional this whole experience was! I truly got the sense that the staff cared about me, not just making a sale. Thank you so much Miguel and Drew for all your help today! Everyone here is awesome! Hopefully it be a while before I am faced with another car problem, but as soon as it is, I'll definitely be back!! ?

I had an issue where my email was attached to someone else's account and was getting all of their invoices. I called to inform them of this and the guy on the phone was rather abrupt and indifferent. I went on to leave a 1 star review. However, since then I have decided to remove it and post a 5-star review for the exceptional way that it was handled since.
Within 2 hours I was contacted by someone who said they are the new GM and got a notification and read about my experience and what happened. He went on in the VM about how he is going to call the appropriate people and get this addressed and call me back to inform me of the resolution. He has fully held up his end.
The very next day I get another VM from someone who identified as the operations manager and he was at this location and if I wanted to call him back regarding my experience he looks forward to speaking with me. This is a job very well done by management.
