DO NOT GO HERE.
1) I needed 4 new tires. Got a quote over the phone. Paid $100 deposit. After the work was completed, they tried to charge me more than what was quoted. They also did not credit the $100 deposit I had already paid. This was corrected only after I caught it.
2) After I arrived, they told me they could replace the tires but they couldn’t do the alignment, as they didn’t have a technician at that location that had the ability to do it. Why wouldn’t they have told me that at the time of making my appointment? Why would they offer the service of installing new tires, but they have no way of aligning them?? Because of this, I then had to make an appointment on a different day at a different location to complete the job.
3) The job of installing 4 tires and an oil change took FOUR AND A HALF HOURS.
4) After receiving my car back, I noticed they didn’t install the caps back on my tire pressure nozzles. I had to ask them to put those back on. They did this the last time I had work done at this location, so I knew to look this time.
5) Upon driving home, my car started alerting me that the hood wasn’t closed all the way. Sure enough, it started bouncing around and wanting to flip up while I was driving down a busy road. It was really scary.
6) Upon driving home, I also noticed that a technician left a pack of Camel cigarettes in my car. Absolutely disgusting.
It is shocking to me that this location has more than 1 star collectively. Both of my experiences here have been terrible and I strongly urge people to seek another location to get their work done.

Alex and Kaden went above and beyond to fix my flat tire. Extremely professional and kind. Will continue to be a loyal customer of the Gahanna Tire Discounters. Five-star service all the way around. It helps when the staff is so nice, too!

Repeat customer at this location for several years. I recently noticed a slow leak in an existing tire. Kenny took good care of me from the moment I brought my car in. A screw was found in the tread, removed, and the tire was patched. Thanks again to Kenny and the rest of the team at Tire Discounters Gahanna/New Albany for your good service and care for my car.

Had a flat tire and took it to get patched. The staff were extremely helpful and very quick at repairing it for us. Kenny, Kaden and Alex are excellent and always make the experience great.

Had a low pressure signal. Stopped on my way to work. They found a screw in my tire and were able to fix it in time for me to go on my way to work worry free!

I'd like to recognize Kenny, Alex, Kaden and Graham for a job well done and providing excellent customer service! I've recently had this team install new tires on both my Audi S4 and Lexus GX. They are very knowledgeable, professional and ensured the customer experience was a positive one. I also witnessed Kenny and the team working with other customers and was impressed with their focus and ability to multi task in a fast paced environment. The price was competitive and turnaround time was as estimated. I'll be sure to revisit. Thanks again to Kenny, Alex, Kaden and Graham! Great job guys !

Update as of 9/11/24:
Tire discounters does it again! Outstanding service! I came in letting them know that I only had 1 tire to be replaced and that I had less an hour lunch left. They said it could take 30 minutes to an 1 hour. I thought I wouldn’t make it back on time. To my luck. They pulled the car in 6 minutes after I signed paperwork and it was done within about 20-30 minutes.
I was able to get back to work on time. Talk about speedy and outstanding customer service within 30-40 minutes. Tire was replaced and tire discounters off Hamilton road had a very happy customer ?. I still recommended them to others ?.
