Paid 1000 dollars to fix my thermostat housing and oil cooler. I got the car back and it was making a horrible noise that was not happening before. 2 drives later the engine completely shut down on me. I got it towed back to their store to get a refund and they claim there is nothing they did to mess up the engine. It was already failing they said. But they let me pay for a repair the car didn't need if the engine was failing. They would not give me a refund. Worst body shop service I have ever received.This company has no ethics or empathy for their customers. I paid 1000$ for them to break my engine

My starter went out on my Jeep when I left Krogers. I stopped into Tire Outfitters at about 2:45pm. Randy and Devin did a fantastic getting me back on the road. I was extremely impressed with how fast they took care of me this past Wednesday afternoon. They will have my business from here on out. Great job, Randy and Devin!!!

Despite being short handed, they were able to honor my appointment and I got in and out without delay even with some additional repairs. Everyone had a very positive attitude. It was really appreciated!

I appreciate the friendliness of the front staff after working on both of my vehicles over the past month, the biggest issue is now both of my vehicles do not have functioning TPMS systems. On both automobiles, the lights stay on all the time without any indication that the tires are not at the correct PSI..... I would like to get both of these fixed sooner than later

I don’t even check other tire stores. The few bucks I may save somewhere else isn’t worth the headaches or bad service I may experience. The team at the Hamilton store near New Albany is always exceptional. This time it was April who made my experience so great. Thank you again!

Brought my Kia in for an oil change. The mechanic discovered a strong fuel odor and reported it immediately to me. He asked if I still wanted the oil changed. (Which I did) I was out of the building when he discovered a hole in the fuel line. When I returned he should me the hole and showed me how close it was to the exhaust. Huge praise to him for his discovery!Today however, I am experiencing a loud ticking noise. Was unable to reach Tire Discounters when returning their follow up call to my service.

This location is a coin flip, from my experience. The first visit was excellent. They even let me come in early for my appointment. My 2nd visit, I arrived at my slotted time as was told they were running behind and the job would be done in 3 hours, if I could come back. No apology was given, even when being informed of the delays. I drove there myself and couldn't just wait for 3 hours. I cancelled my appointment and left. I'd give 2.5 stars if I could.

Very frustrating experience. I scheduled an oil change online, a week in advance. When choosing any appointment option online you need to select a preferred appointment time, and then you submit your request for an appointment. I requested a late afternoon drop off appointment. The following day, I received an email confirming my appointment, with no instructions other than that I had a drop off appointment scheduled, and there was a note in the bottom suggesting you typically need to drop off by 10 am to have back same day. Considering I chose an afternoon appointment and was instructed with no specific time frame for drop off, I was under the assumption I could drop off any time before close and have it back some time next day. I even called in the day prior to confirm that I would be able to drop off after work and have it back in the morning hours tomorrow. — ultimately, when I went in for my drop off this afternoon, I was met with a very condescending and unapologetic employee. When I let her know I was In to drop off she, rolled her eyes and let me know my appointment was supposed to be today. Confused at this I replied yes. Which is when she explained that I needed to have my car in by 10 am to receive any work today or tomorrow. I tried to explain the situation and lack of communication I had received explaining this. Rather than being met with any sympathy or solution oriented dialogue, I was left with continued eye rolls and affirmation that it was my fault I’m in this situation and there’s nothing they want to do. The fact that they didn’t even want to try and reschedule something, let alone take any ownership for the situation reflects incredibly poor customer service and entrepreneurial spirit

I went in for an oil change and for someone to look at my air conditioning. I had a lot more than that looked at and I’m very satisfied. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They offered me a free Uber and some food. I decided to wait and I felt comfortable and not like an annoyance. Would definitely recommend you come here for all your car and tire needs.

Everything was great!! People working there were extremely nice and took care of everything!! Only thing is that they forgot to tighten the hud caps, I’m surprised they didn’t fall off on the way home.Hard to tell from the pic but they are barely holding on.

When I made my appointment I was told an approximate time that it would take for my service and my vehicle was ready in that time - not too many places make that happen! A very busy place with a helpful and friendly staff. They will even Uber you to/from the shop on their dime if you need a ride. I’ll never go anywhere else for tires!

I highly recommend these folks for tires. I had a difficult situation finding the optimal tires for my cargo van (Nissan NV 200) because of the odd tire size, and road noise noise issues I was trying to resolve. They went “above and beyond” in customer service to provide the best possible tires for my van. The counter people were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable every step of the way. They did everything they said they would do, and in a timely manner. Great service, good people, good value.
