  Three major problems
  
  1 - One of the tires they gave me was flat and unusable almost immediately. Either there was something wrong with the tire, or something on my car is causing a flat, and they didn’t notice.
  
  If it was just that, I would give them the benefit of the doubt, but it was easily my worst Auto experience ever before that.
  
  2 - Despite being the first and (mostly) only one there, they took substantially longer to do everything then they said it would take to do. 30 minutes longer then told to switch 3 tires, and over 90 minutes OVER their given time told to align my car.
  
  Apparently a Solara is a tricky car to align? They didn’t have what they needed to align that… Ok… perhaps I could l have lived with that, except…
  
  3 - There was absolutely no communication. It seemed deliberate. They kept me in a room with no one for me to talk to… for hours… I couldn’t get a single update, and when someone finally passed through and I begged for an update, they came back 20 minutes later with a “15 minutes”… followed by being left alone for 35 minutes and news they couldn’t fully align my car.
  
  They told me they want to bring me in to do it right, once they have the right Toyota equipment, and they’ll send me some info on when I can get it back in once they have what they need (ok… I’m listening) but all they ended up sending me was the $300 bill. (For 3 tires, one bum, and an alignment they couldn’t complete)
  
  I try to be understanding, but this was the trifecta of subpar end product for the price, unnecessary time waster, and unideal customer service.
  
  Needless to say, I will not be returning, even if they offered to fix these things right for free.

  The only place I'll have my alignments done. I've got different shops to tell me that alignment isn't possible on my vehicles due to suspension damage without telling me which part of my suspension is damaged. Tire Tech staff are true professionals and know what they're doing. Same cars are 100% aligned and drive straight with no issues when the alignment service is done here. Some places have well-known names and are big franchises but lack smart techs. Tire Tech and Auto Services is the only place I'll use for all my tire and alignment needs.

  Friendly staff , cheap tires (almost new)Definitely no half lifetime wait . Go in make a selection and come out.The older gentleman is your go for.Tires manufacturer date was a year old some others around his shopً sell used tires that are 7-8 years old.

  These guys had me in and out. Unfortunately I had a stripped bolt, and thank God these guys still were able to removed it and replaced it. Great service, affordable prices.

  This place is terrible, they put 4 tires on my car and one of the tires had a not in it and it exploded on my drive to Virginia. I ask for the money back for that tire and they say no when it was only a couple hours after I bought it.They kept asking for the tire back but I told them I don’t have it, it exploded in Virginia.Don’t trust them!!!!Especially this guy.
