They did a horrible job on my toes, the polish was streaky and it chipped away very quickly. They also lost my shoes and were extremely rude when I came back to pick them up.

Terrible! Really disappointed… paid $165 for this thick nails with color on my skin. I asked to change the color on my toes, I was ok paying extra and they didn’t care about my request.

They use dishonest sales tactics here. On my first visit, I went in for a pedicure. The technician asked me if I wanted to do gel because I had gel already on my nails. I said yes, however she did not mention that the gel application is an additional $20. So I paid $80 for a pedicure that I had already elected upgraded services for. A really crummy way to pad the bill. On top of that, my nails are uneven. Won't be returning, which is unfortunate because the location is very convenient.

I have written less than stellar reviews on this salon before, but they have significantly improved! Now, it is a pleasure to only wait a few minutes; the staff is happier; they seem to be more relaxed; and this makes time spent getting a manicure/pedicure much better…professional. Bravo!

Lynn and Lilly do wonderful, very professional pedicures and manicures. However, if you make an appointment, you will wait no matter what time your appointment is. This is a problem with establishments that take walk-ins and appointments without enough staff.

I have been going to Top Nails for about 10 years. Occasionally I end up somewhere else bc of my busy schedule, but no one gets my toes the way Top Nails practitioners do. They will always be my #1 choice.
