I went here for a birthday and before I went I called to ask what they had for a birthday. I was told they had a birthday cookie. I then proceeded to book the reservation online later to see the 50% promotion never got applied. Upon arrival, I mentioned this, and a manager did come fix that. We ordered the birthday cookie and was then told they were out and didn't have one. If this was the only issue, then it would not be a 2, but since this company is a technology sports company, the bigger issue is that 18 or more of my balls and others balls went in the target and did not calculate any points. The whole purpose of this place is to compete with your friends and yourself for the technology to not work is a big issue. I told my server, and he said yes, they know about it, and so does management, but they refuse to do anything about it. This is pretty unacceptable as you pay money to score points, and this experience is not cheap. It really makes the experience not so great. Before I wrote this, I also told customer service via email about this, and no one cared to respond, so I am writing this review to help you, and hopefully, the impact will push leadership to get this fixed. This is basically the purpose of the attraction, and if it doesn't work, then you are not getting what you should for your money. Until this is fixed, I would not recommend this location as you can't expect people to pay for something they don't get. I had a $50 gift card for Top Golf for a long time, you guys won’t let us call in the order in advance so it’s ready when we pick it up. My husband works 10 hours a day and I work doubles; so this morning I finally talked him into picking up food from Top Golf on his way home from work. He said they were rude to him in the way they spoke to him and didn’t even have bags to put the food in. $42 for 2 salads and some donut holes weren’t worth the hassle if he couldn’t even be treated with a friendly atmosphere and good vibes are very important in the restaurant business. So now that he had a bad experience he probably won’t go for me next time if I was to choose Top Golf for my next Gift card from work. We get $400 a year. That would be more business for you, but sounds like your employees don’t care.

As someone with sickle cell disease it’s really inconsiderate that the first thing I’m told to do is throw away my water. Even after explaining to two employees my condition. During strenuous activity I need hydration and that water was specifically IV water.

Food portion could be better with a better variety of sides. Need a french fry basket or bucket. Been here twice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend it to hang out and have some laughs.

Jake give all star service, as we had problems with our bay upon arriving. He went above and beyond to make sure our experience was amazing. We appreciate everything he had done and highly recommend him as a server! Will absolutely be back to see him soon!!

It is their intention to make you spend the most amount of your time talking to a person that works at the top golf. This location is rife with police officers. Also ball machine was slow probably intended to make you slow down and use your time waiting for a ball. Server lady was nice but got into our way to settle our bill rather than wait until our hour was over. Maybe ask them to stay away after initial drink ordering.

I hate to say it but this place is not as nice as it used to be. Been here many times since it has opened and each visit more things are broken or dont work. The ball sensors dont register half the time, heaters broken, overall condition of the facility is worn out.

Even with a reservation can’t request a first floor bay to accommodate kids and our son who has a handicap. Apparently the “algorithm” is in charge of choosing bays. LOL. Does anybody know the number to Bottom Golf?

Our group of 15 arrived early for our birthday party tee time and went to the restaurant area to wait until our bay was ready to go.Food and drinks arrived quickly despite the crowd that was there for the Presidents Day holiday.When our bay was ready to go it was easy to get some of the additional food that was ordered delivered to the third floor.The hostess in the bay was attentive and was able to get our play time extended by asking a manager if they could shift a few reservations to bays that hadn't been claimed.Highly recommend using the app to schedule!The only (minor) complaint is that some of the menu items were not in stock due to the unexpected demand caused by the higher than normal holiday. We ended up getting dessert after leaving, but typically order the injectable donut holes.

Food was pretty good but the corn tortilla chips were a little too hard and donut holes were also a little burnt. Queso was awesome. All in all it was a very fun experience.Vegetarian options: Love that their menu clearly states what dishes are vegetarian for my daughter.Kid-friendliness: Had golf clubs for my 9yo. Kids menu.

Our ball feeder got stuck several times not giving us a ball. Our screens glitched several times with the angrybird game. It was getting very frustrating. I asked for a different bay and was told we would not be guaranteed one. After paying our money I felt that we should have been accommodated since our bay was not up to par. We paid for a service and it was not working. We had to actually go find someone to help us even get set up because it was our first time. That's not very hospitable at all. We didn't get any discount or anything and 30 minutes or more so of our time was being taken up to fix the glitch and get the ball feeder to work. Then even still after that it was still glitching. Overall it wasn't as fun as what it potentially could have been had things been working properly. I feel if these issues were fixed then I'd try again for another experience but right now I'm very disappointed.

Had a company event here and it was over the top. Have had these events at other top golfs but this one out did themselves with customer service. Mel and Chelsea were quick to assist in all of our needs when it came to setting up our gift tables, helping us bring things up from the first floor and providing great service for our team members throughout the evening. We will continue to host our company holiday parties at this top golf because of Mel and Chelsea, thank you and cya next year!
