I LOVE TORSO!! I HAVE LIKE 10 tee shirts from there. GREAT STAFF ESPECIALLY ANDRU!!! I know this is a men's clothing store.. Can you open a Torso Too ??? For women? Same selection of merchandise just add Racer Back Tank Tops and thigh highs!??!? ? for women?? I just love shopping there and would buy so much more if there was a tiny women's selection. OR JUST MORE UNISEX GEAR AND RACER BACK TANK TOPS!! And more of the Daisy Duke Jean shorts you have out right now. I need a size 27!!!!I have shopped at Torso since it opened waaaaaay back when. I always encourage others to shop there and local especially!! Much love from a big fan ❤️ ? ?

Andru the store clerk at this location is the rudest unprofessional person I have ever had the misfortune of being served by. He berated and criticized my partner and I after coming in to shop one afternoon. He screamed and spewed profanity at us, apparently angry about an issue that happened at the bar next door. It is unclear how many drinks he had that day that would account for this unprovoked outburst, however from behind the counter of his workplace bringing up that outside business is unacceptable. If I wanted gay drama I could visit the bars myself. I do not recommend anyone doing business at this location without some corrective action taken.

One of my Neon Harnesses unfortunately. I need a replacement even though that one was a gift like a harness should be. I need this harness replaced pronto. Please help.They never seem to have what I want… I am a frequent customer… know the owner, he’s a swell guy. I appreciate that this store is present and iconic in this city… IDK what I would do without my weekly to monthly visits for mostly Pump undies or cute tee shirts.

On multiple occasions I’ve seen the staff of this store Andrew lock up and go to the bar next door after closing and end in a screaming match. Last night he did so and assaulted the friend I was with, she has swelling and cuts from broken glass on her face. That’s the kind of people who are hired and kept working here. For this shop to be so overpriced with no selection AND have ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE workers?? What IS good about this place?

Walked in and was ignored the entire time I was there. I was never greeted nor thanked for stopping by. I was never offered any assistance with any of the items I tried getting down from the top racks. There are a few high quality leather pieces but very few. Everything else they offer can be found at several places throughout the area. There's no reason for me to ever go back to Torso. There are better options for leather and fetish gear elsewhere.

Great selection of clothes. The employee was helpful and kind. They showed me some clothes that they thought I might like based off of choices I'd already made, turned out I liked what they had to show me. Will definitely be going back for more clothes.

They are always so nice and helpful there. Every time I go there I feel welcome and like I'm getting really great service. It's a specialty store, so expect to pay higher prices.. but you get what you pay for.

Washington there is a gentleman working the store who was very polite and knowledgeable about the products that were in the store. I just wanted one and everything but financially up for us who can afford that dream. I ended up getting a couple T-shirts that are on sale. I really enjoy going in there and just imagining what some of those items would look like on me. I look forward to returning.

I have been a loyal customer of the two Torso shops since I moved here two years ago. I asked the owner Scott on a whim if he was hiring while I was shopping one day. He interviewed me, agreed to pay me $12/hr (even though he claims he said $11-$12/hr) and I started at the Short North location. I looked at my first paystub and saw that he’d only paid me $11/hr. I said something just thinking it was a mistake, and he told me that he was paying me less for the first 30 days to see if things worked out. Understandable. I let it go, went back to work, and he called me from his house apologizing and saying “I’m sorry I didn’t tell you and I hope you’re not upset.” To which I replied “I’m not upset but I think it was kind of dishonest and the right thing to do would be to make it up to me.” He accused me of being hostile, even though I didn’t so much as raise my voice, and said it wasn’t going to work out. So I left. Additionally, Scott is a gross, over the hill bachelor who should be put out of business. He and the other employees constantly made crude remarks about certain customers and talk about their anatomy, to put it politely. They would go into the dressing rooms with customers trying on underwear and they told me multiple stories about having sexual encounters with customers *in the store*. I’m not sure why the community is putting up with this kind of behavior, but I hope it doesn’t continue. ALSO, he still hasn’t paid me for the first pay period as of now. Please don’t support either of these shops.*response to owner*There was no miscommunication. You refused to make up the portion of my paycheck you took without telling me. You barely pay your staff enough to survive in any neighborhood in this city, yet you own two shops here and have had shops previously in other cities including Indianapolis and Cleveland. Regarding the misconduct, it is clear that you have created an environment that encourages this type of behavior. Tyler told me in explicit detail that he fondled a man who exposed himself in the store. I have had several other men come forward telling me that you (Scott) made inappropriate sexual remarks toward them, including asking them about the size of their anatomy, etc. I hope you do not stay in business. Columbus is far better off without you.
