The store is pristine and the employees greet you the moment you enter, very helpful without being overbearing. I had an issue with one of my purses and it was replaced with a brand new bag.

Fantastic & amazing customer service with beautiful floor sets. Very clean store & the GM Blake Keener was a God sent helping my girlfriend pick out a beautiful handbag. He went above and above to make sure we were comfortable and getting the very best product. 5 star service from the best that Tory Burch has to offer. Blake definitely needs a raise! I’m very impressed & we will be back!

After a huge error at the hands of the corporate TB customer service, paying for a pair of Miller sandals, two sweet guys Blake and Brock maneuvered me through the mess so that I could get my sandals. Both of them apologized for all the mishap and included a free TB candle along with my sandals. They were both very friendly and patient as they helped me get thru an annoying process, please give these guys a raise because that was some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time.MaryAnn Parrish

Very disappointed. I went in hoping to get a new purse and was not greeted. The salesperson looked at me from head to toe and walked away like I could not afford anything inside. Simply because I was wearing athletic wear and tennis shoes. I saw a bag that I liked and the same salesperson offered no help. She quickly ran to help an older lady who came in wearing Tory Burch shoes. This made me not want to purchase anything from the store. When I was walking out, the same salesperson rolled her eyes at me....I think corporation should have more training on her on how to treat customers or not hire someone like her. I ended up getting a new wallet and purse from Gucci. I do not recommend this Tory Burch store.

This location is a disappointment to Tory Burch. As a loyal customer I will never step foot in The Easton Tory Burch store ever again. I had a slight issue with my order, brought it to there attention and was beyond disrespected and belittled by the Manager on Duty, Logan. The customer service is nonexistent. No one should ever walk out of a luxury retailer spending hundreds feeling less. After reaching out to customer service online, they were able to solve my issue in minutes. Instead of stopping into this terrible location, save your time and buy online.

I called this store to order the Eleanor small bag in black velvet with embroidery because all the stores in IL did not have any in stock and it was sold out online during Black Friday. Logan was very helpful and was able to guide me through the entire process of purchasing an e-gift card so that he could process my payment for the bag from this store. The only reason I’m giving a 3 star is because Logan was very kind and helpful otherwise I would give a 1 star. The bag was delivered to me in a timely manner but when I opened the package I noticed the bag was not properly wrapped to protect the Tory Burch logo in the center of the bag and the gold chain strap was not wrapped in plastic either. The bag also had many flaws…it looked like I received their floor model. There were many scratches on the back of bag. This bag is entirely velvet material so I thought the scratches could be smoothed over but when I tried doing that the scratches/lines were still visible. The bottom of the bag also had many indentations as if it had been pressed against something for quite some time. I was very disappointed with the quality of the bag I received. I actually had to make a trip to the Tory Burch store in Chicago, IL to express my concerns and they were able to exchange the bag for me and have placed an order for a new one from another store. Hopefully the new bag I receive doesn’t have damages.

When ordering online, order at least a week earlier than you need your item and pay for next day delivery. My order was 4 days late AND I paid for two-day shipping!Don’t bother contacting “customer service”. It’s a joke! They basically read the tracking information to you that you already have access to. Worthless!

I went there today and the salesperson looked at me from head to toe like I can't pay for the bag!! I actually went to Easton just for picking up my LV's bag but I saw some Tory Burch's bag online last night and interested in. So, I stopped at Tory first to see how big the bag is and Yes, I like it! But I don't buy because of your salesperson. She wasn't happy to help me. I knew that bag is about 500$ but I don't care cuz I think it's not expensive for me. You should respect your customers !! I'm a big fan of yours but not anymore. I'm done!
