Our Towlift tech is awesome. We have had issues getting our tow motor repaired, but Jim is always pleasant, knowledgeable and keeps us informed of the progress. Most of delays with the repair are related to part ordering and availability.

We purchased a pallet jack from this company and 4 months later the pallet jack would not work. Therefore we asked if they would come take a look at it and possibly fix it. After sitting on the phone with Joe for 30 minutes he still could not find any record of the sale to us but said he would set up a business account for us and have someone out to take a look. Their service rep arrived days later and stated that it would not be worth fixing as the cost for parts would cost more than purchasing a new jack all together I agreed and thought we were done with the whole process. Now weeks later we were charged $500 for the "work that had been done." I assumed it was a mistake and they would surely refund us the entire amount. But they did not and are sticking us with a $200 service charge. Joe first claimed he sent me an email detailing that charge but that email does not exist, and then swore he told me that over the phone. Why would I agree to pay a $200 service charge for a $300 pallet jack? I am writing this review because the ball was dropped every single step along the way and not made right. Firstly we bought equipment that broke 4 months later, secondly we were charged $500 for work that was not completed, and lastly we are being stuck with a bill we did not agree to.

Former employer of mine. Great experience working there over 6 years as a technician. Training was structured well and trainers were extremely knowledgeable. One of the best tech support programs and staff in the industry. Dispatchers will listen and willing to work with you in every aspect of the job on and off the clock. Very easy to work with upper management to achieve 100% customers satisfaction.

Towlift offers Lift truck Operator Training classes to individuals and businesses. I have taken the "how to drive a lift truck" course, the "Lift Truck Operator Safety" course, and the "Trainer Qualification" course to become an operator trainer myself.

I needed a forklift - they delivered one on time and it worked great. My problem with them was they quoted me one price and billed me another. I'm glad that their first charge to my credit card didn't go through for some reason because if it would have I would have been overcharged and probably never noticed it. . When they sent me an invoice I saw that I was charged more for the delivery and pick up thank quoted - I complained and they did adjust the charge for the delivery , but still charged me more than they agreed to charge for propane - we used the lift for about 3 hours and the dispatcher said they would only charge us for 1/2 a tank or propane but they charged me for a full tank. I appreciated their prompt service and the delivery of a reliable machine - but I would suggest that you check your bill. In their defense I noted that the dispatcher I talked to was not the representative noted on the invoice and this could have been the result of a miscommunication on their part - again I would suggest that you check your invoice !
