THIS STORE IS AWESOME, THANKS TO FAITH! When my original doordash driver lied and said my item was out of stock and she had asked an employee, Faith helped me by making sure the product was at the front of the store for the next driver so I could finish caulking the bathtub I already ripped apart. All of this happened an hour or so before closing on a Sunday and we need a working shower in 24 hours! Thank you Faith you rock!!!

Always love coming to this location. Staff is so friendly and the store is clean. Rich was extremely helpful! He took time to help me with what I was looking for and made sure I was getting exactly when I needed!

I placed a "same day delivery order" Friday morning. I got a phone call from "Adam" saying he was going out of town for the weekend and he couldnt get to me order until Monday??? Are you kidding me??
Called corporate to get order cancelled and even that was difficult.
Thank god for Matt at the Johnstown Rd store, he made it right.
I wish all TSC employees shared his concern for customer satisfaction

Drove here to rent a utility trailer because online it said you can't reserve them, and they are rented on a first-come-first-serve basis. Drove all the way here, a solid 25 minutes, and they had the trailer, but couldn't rent it to me because the tags are expired "for the foreseeable future" (manager). That is ridiculous, and shows poor oversight on this location. I'll go back to old faithful UHaul.

Purchased a utility trailer today. Corey, the manager was outstanding in his knowledge and customer service. He went above and beyond to help me get everything I needed and to show me how to use it all. I would highly recommendthis store and the staff!

I love love love this place! The battery on my zero turn was acting up. I just could not deal with the fact that maybe I could try to jump it or recharge it. I just could not care--I wanted to get the lawn mowed!! So.....unfortunately...I let emotions rule (like the political party members with whom I usually disagree--hahaha) I just could not take looking at the long grass anymore...even though we just had snow 2 days ago!!??!!! Anyway.......this place is great...my old battery had like 225 or some cold cranking amps....the new one I got here has like 300 and was like 50 bucks. That 50 bucks was well worth minimizing my stress level. It's working BEAUTIFULLY in the mower and the mower starts right up--runs like a champ ? ??? I am very happy--staff members are always nice and helpful...well worth the 50 bucks to keep me from pulling out my hair! ?

I went at 7:30pm and the lady says the self serve pet washes are already closed for the night! Stick with pet supplies, their self dog wash stations are better and open until the store closes, plus their a lot cheaper!

5 Star Self Pet Wash!! My pups and I recently tried the self-pet wash, and it exceeded my expectations! The facility was clean, well-maintained, and user-friendly. The variety of shampoos and grooming tools provided made it easy to pamper my pet. A convenient and enjoyable experience overall! We will definitely be returning for future spa days!
