I used to work at this place part-time. It was fun at first than become extremely irritating. First they have a manager who shows favoritism to certain customers( which are only a few). Second the manager is not consistent with anything she does, in fact, she is all over the place. Third the manager is very rude to customers sometimes,( my opinion this is a big deal in any place where you deal with people within a business). No customers , no business).Fourth, the manager worries about what certain customers are playing and how much, reason she doesn't like for them to win, yes there people who bet high in this establishment. Fifth she opens an hour to an hour and half early for certain customer to come in and play and will not let anyone else in until 9am, believe me this is just a handful of individuals.Sixth, we have an app for various music, however, all the manager wants to do is to keep it on is country music, I like country as well as, others, but in any place of business you need to mix it up. Seventh, she changes rules for drawings to accommodate her friends, ( like I said she is not consistent) 8th, she has unplugged Fish Tables ( skilled games ) because she judges how some people may look or dress and doesn't want them to play.9th, owner or owners, put cameras all through building and a system in which you have to buzz people in and out, this manager leaves the door unlocked all day, and from what I have heard both doors were propped open one night ( yeah that's really secure), anyone could walk in. 10th, when someone who works there gives the manager a notice she either tries to fire them or just let them go after basically people begging people to stay until she gets someone, and of course blames and talks about the person who gave notice. 11th when the manager has complained about not having a day off, and than gets one she sits in there all day ( whats the point in taking a day off?12th, when you need certain things for the business, she says its not in the budget, really $30 or $35 is not in the budget.?13th, A question I have is when an employee is short, he or she has to pay it back, ( ok that's fair everyone makes mistakes), However, when an employee is over and cannot find the error, where does that money go? I could go on and on but I am not.Grand finale, the owner or owners need to realize that the reason their business continues to spiral down could be because of the manager, examples are as follows:1. Not fair with employees or customers2. Rude to certain customers3. not consistent with rules of drawings ( just certain individuals)4. Gets mad when certain people win ( and believe me she shows it)5. Doesn't care about the safety of customers as well as, employees6. Complains about how much sugar they use in coffee, or ho many small bags of potato chips he or she eats7. Try's to act like she owns it, ( no she is just a manager)8. Tells people if they don't like it there , he or she can go somewhere else, ( wow that's good business).9. Gets mad when people talk about places similar to this establishment, and tell them ( you are not to talk about those places in MY ESTABLISHMENT), unbelievable .I could go on, but I wont it would be a small paperback book. Anyways, to the owners or owners, maybe you need to watch your cameras, or even better come in when the manager least expects it. Because she is making all your customers go somewhere else and making your business go down hill fast.
