I think it's time to start filing some serious complaints and have this company looked at. The FTC and BBB and The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau will get my complaints as of today. I'm so tired of every month when I try and pay my unit the system has nothin showing for me . Last month kept trying to pay couldn't log in. No worker on the grounds to contact you call the number it can take 2 or 3 days for a returned call. I get a late fee finally talk to the suppose to be manager and she wants to argue about what I'm trying to explain to her about not being able to log in and it showing my old unit. Finally she ooh I see it I will reset your information and correct the unit number and I will reach out to another manager to get a credit on your account I HAVE IT RECORDED FROM THE CALL. Go to log in again this month same issue nothing there. Call number no call back yet , emailed her no return email. Today i get an email late fee lol and of course no call back yet. My first original unit rent went up from 200nand something to over 300 . I go to move out and I have mold and wet damage to my belongings. King size mattress ruined, my Solid wood dresser ruined and lil other stiff. Go to office and of course no one on the grounds. I call the number no answer. A call center rep calls back about 4 days later. I'm pissed because I wanted someone to see this unit was wet and my belongings. I finally get insurance claim info from rep. I fill out form and then later on I get a email saying claim denied because manager said she didn't think there was a leak. Speak to manager oh I denied it because I thought it was fraud because I didnt see any picture. Well how would you see anything if u aren't on the grounds to see the sh...?????
I moved to 2 other units in July how I get a email that rent is going up 30 plus dollars for October on the one. I had to move out of the other unit because water was dripping down right in front into the front of unit.. What in the hell does this place have that needs a rent increase every other month? I found a roach in my unit . I'M HOT FN MAD CAUSE NOW I WILL HAVE TO BOMB JUST ABOUT EVERY WEEK UNTIL I MOVE OUT. The other unit i got go to move in and it's a dead mouse. This place is HORRIBLE AND I'm so tired of moving but I can't keep dealing with no staff on grounds, poor management , damage to my belongings that aren't cheap damage. Your on the west side and your charging rent like this is upscale. Please people make complaints to the right bureau

Ok I didn't get to finish this review. Ok I got this unit only had time to move few things in. I went outa town for 23 days. I got back my gate across code did not work.. the same say I went for snacks and doh food
Mine u I work right across the street at the new.apartment construction site. This was good idea to rent and keep tools and everything safe. Take my work breaks..so later that evening I was.going thew everything I had in these. I also have 2 registered pets si where I go they go .the same night I put them in the unit so I could run for food went to bar across the street gone maybe 15 minutes.
I just learned today that she already had eyes on me and had taken pics of my pets inside the unit it was only 67 that evening without me knowing then came back at 830 in the evening and said I was there all day hanging out with my. Dog's and I was trying to live there. And threatened to call thw Cops if I wasn't gone by 10pm and threatened to terminate the lease with any cause. I was told I can only be there 2 hours per day. I leave my word van at the lobster under camera's but if my was there moving or whatever I have no time limit. This is not anywhere in the lease I sighed or in the office. These are thee made up rules not the company. I've looked then she told me they have had multiple complaints on me. And I wasn't to send payment in. I've requested for those complaints and resin for the terminate of my lease on what was this based on with out any notification of thus. All this in 6 hour's of being back. I have a extremely bad feeling I've had issues with her before at apartment complex everything she said got my attention of this woman I could me wrong if so I apologize. With how she handled the issue that never was. I have a big been there 10 years. And there's more. I. Requesting a call from property owners please this is without hand I've been comply respectful with everything she's required of me

Place is nice. But. There making up there own rules. Im working at the construction site across the street. I haven't been to this unit in almost 3 weeks. 1st day back. I was there without my work van. Left it at the site just walked over. So now there telling me you only allowed to be at ur unit that u pay for only 2 hours if ur not moving stuff in. And this is not anywhere in the contract I signed I was there maybe 6 hours or less reminders im working across the street. So I had the door down. Going threw my boxes looking for my paperwork. I pulled the door down and had my commercial flood lights on. They came to the door.
