I tried my best not to do this BUT i gave it good thought,, Well i got hired 2022 and when I was hired i was hired to work about 20 hrs a week.. my first school year was ok,, BUT after that the next school year i lost my ride,, and they gave me new rides.. and it was ok and then came summer and they worked me a lot more than i could work,, The moral of the story the next school year I lost my rides again,, I told the Manager that I cannot work more hours,, I told her they hired me in twenty hours a week She said if she can prove that was true they would keep me.. Well she got back with me told me it was true BUT They would not honor the hrs.. They have very Unprofessional Management,, that's a Story in it's self!! The kids are not the priority of tristar I've had other drivers Tell me the same thing They take the kids away from you Each school year..
What they do is give the new drivers The easy rides that they think is easy that the older drivers had,, And start the older driver's out with new rides.. I was never late never missed days.. The bottom line is trisaer lied to me.. and I feel the need to get it out there,, i was trying to hold it in BUT I feel it should be told.. they are not a good place to work for,, i wish you all new drivers luck.. i do not lie i would still be working there if they would of not done me that way BUT I quit myself.. I'm like anyone else in life I'm not happy with how they lied to me.. shame on you Tristar.. KARMA WILL COME YOUR WAY SOME DAY..

They are late alllllll the time picking up a student from our location. We told them they could come earlier to get them so they are not stuck in the bus lane behind busses. They argue they have a set time from our transportation department, but our transportation department has no clue about what works for each school! And now are coming even later, the poor child is the last to be picked up from our room and one of the last from the whole school. The only good thing I have to say is the drivers are friendly..

I work for a nursing home in Dublin and TriStar has been absolutely amazing. The communication and organization has been so refreshing. I have also noticed this company has heart for what they do! They have gone above and beyond to help out with rides not even scheduled to ensure the clients got to the appointments needed! Love them!!

Your service should be monitored through "How's my driving". Your drivers are aggressive all while transporting parents special packages! SLOW DOWN and PAY ATTENTION!!

Since school started my son hasn't been able go to school because TriStar failed to have a car with a barrier they said it'll be ready September 5th and here we go they are not ready for my son we're very disappointed with this company they don't care about the kids at all shame on them

Witnessed Tristar Dodge Caravan # 513 driving around 90 miles an hour in a 65 zone going down 71 north, north of Polaris Pkwy on 7/28/23 around 1:30. It was raining and visibility not as clear as usual. Driver did not appear to slow down at all or care that I was taking a picture. Kind of scary for a transportation service that transports handicap, wheelchair and special needs people ?. I have a video if you need proof, but I’m sure that you are able to pull the video and speeds of this van from your facility. Honestly, this is the best company I have ever been employed at. I am both grateful and honored to be a driver. They have made accommodations for me and my work children, they have been nothing but helpful and respectful, and it is an absolute joy to work for them. The office staff are all one of a kind and magnificent! I cannot thank them enough for all they do for me, my work children, and the community!

St.Anns called this company to arrange wheelchair transport home from the hospital for my husband. When they arrived, the driver told me she wasn't allowed to touch the patient or come in the house. She was supposed to bring him in through the garage to avoid steps. Since she wouldn't touch him or come in the house, I brought his walker and wheelchair to the garage.
