Light skin dude that works nights has always been rude to me for some reason. Tonight he got upset because I guess I accidentally walked where he mopped. I just got off a late night shift told him I apologize and he got upset and continued to say how disrespectful it was. But the door where my drink was I had to walk through it. Not surprised like I said he’s always rude. It sucks I love this place because the daytime crew is awesome! But definitely will have to find a new spot. I will not be back.

Very rude and arrogant staff.
They pick and choose whom they want to use the bathroom. Told me they didn’t have key then went into bathroom.
They charged me for a cup of coffee although I used my own cup.
They refused to give me their managers information or corporate office number.
Spend your money elsewhere they do not value customers

Will is the night manager I'm pretty sure.. ( I know that's his name) Tonight I witnessed a white father and mother come in around 12:25am to gas and snacks and they had 3 very young children needing to use the bathroom one of the little girls was grabbing on her mom telling her she's about to pee herself and Will the manager or clerk says that the bathroom is closed, they abruptly leave because the kid is going to soil herself. Moments later an African male walks in asks for the bathroom key and gets it. I asked why he didn't give it to the family in dire need and he says he doesn't give the key to families because he has to clean the bathrooms, and white families with kids make to big of a mess

Went in to refill my hotwater thermo cup. Used their plastic cup to fill my cup n decided to carry fill their cup also with water so I can pay something for their hospitality. Hannah wanted to charge me USD 1.98 for using their plastic cup fo fetch water. I refused n told her I'm not paying not more than 30 cents for it. She made me poor out all the water I had and I trashed their cup. They were rude, hostile and unprofessional. Tried to ruin my morning. Paul shift manager was clueless and did not help the situation, he kept saying that you can not pay 30 cents for using our cup.. 2 dollars for a plastic cup really.
