This location was recently renovated and I have to say say it is the nicest and cleanest Shell gas station I have ever been to. The staff is very, very kind and helpful. I would definitely stop here anytime I needed to get a drink or refill my truck.

This store has been consistently been a disgrace to customer service. I witnessed a cashier cuss a customer out yesterday. Prices are high as the disrespect given to customers.
This place only still open because it on Main st. It be shut down anywhere else.

Best gas station in Columbus. Never met anyone working behind the counter that wasn’t incredibly nice. Seriously, each of them makes my day better every time I go in. They must be doing something right to keep such a solid workforce.

Went here and the lady behind the counter had very bad body odor I think that should be addressed you can smell it as soon as you hit the door .

All pumps are stopped for no apparent reason. It would be nice if 1 of the 3 employees I can see would put up a sign, or make eye contact.

this place will rip you off,I stopped to get gas,cash lottery ticket. I asked cashier to put 15.00 on pump #9 (pump I thought my daughter was on.)I paid with my debit card.my daughter walks in uses the bathroom and goes back out to pump gas I walk outside my daughter still standing there waiting to pump, she says mommy I'm on pump 10, I go back inside tell the cashier I'm on 10 not 9 and they proceed to tell me that someone got 8.00 worth of gas on pump 9. Cashier tells me that its my fault I gave them the wrong pump #. I ask for my money back. I paid for 15.00 worth of gas, cashiers tell me that they can't give me back my money,or give me 7.00 worth of gas without reswiping my card. Yes I'm pissed. 15.00 won't break me, its the principal. If I wasn't on my way to work I would have called the police, cashier tells me to call them, they won't do anything.Won't ever go there again Truenorth on mcnaughten/main.

This is the best truenorth convenience store on the east side of Columbus. Staff are always friendly and polite especially McLovin.

Today is Friday July 15, 2016. I've fueled my car at this location many times. Today I paid 2.97 a gallon for premium fuel for a fill up. I went into the store, looked at the magazines and grabbed an issue of Car & Driver magazine. Luckily before I bought it I looked at the date. It was the November 2015 issue. When I pointed this out to the very nice cashier she simply stated "I just work here.". When I had my own convenience store with gas pumps I made sure that we stocked a very good cross section of magazines. The distributor always gladly refunded every penny for any unsold magazines. I'm just glad that I happened to look at the issue date before I bought that magazine as I would have felt very disappointed if I had paid for a 8 month old magazine.
