I had the most wonderful experience at Tuffy! I went in for an alignment because my wheel was turned slightly when I was driving and they took great care of me! I first received a text with photos of my vehicle with an inspection of all their finding which was super helpful. They were able to complete the alignment and I was sent home to decide on what repairs I wanted to complete next. Front desk were all super friendly and helpful. I highly suggest to have your vehicle serviced here- they really look at everything to make sure you are safe to go on the road.

Fantastic service! I was visiting from VA, Gineen was wonderful and addressed all of my concerns about replacing 2 tires on my nearly new car.
She understood that 4 WD and traction control on my SUV were of primary importance in choosing the correct tires.
They went above and beyond by running out to pick up tires that were in stock instead of waiting until the next day.
Customer Care is alive and well at this Tuffy location❤️

Brandon and his team are fantastic at this shop. My wife and I stopped here for a repair on a road trip and they got to us right away and made us feel like family. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Columbus area.

Recently went in to get my engine replaced and I will say i have nothing but positive comments about this place. Gineen was an amazing help in getting me the best price for my repairs and was just an amazing help all around. Darvin as well who repaired my vehicle did an amazing job and made it feel brand new again! Thank you so much! I will be returning for any repairs i need!

Genee was very friendly and helpful as my sirvice advisor, and Robert did an excellent job working on my viheclo. they treated me with respect and kept me informed throughout the process. It's not often that you run into a manager who understands the value of customer service these days. I was truly impressed by all aspects of the repair. The effort Gineen put forth to make my repair perfect and to manage my cost were truly astounding. She really went above and beyond the service I have received from any other repair shop in my lifetime. A+ Tuffy and Gineen!
