They were honest and more than fair. Way cheaper than the dealership. I'm handicap and can't walk that far. They drove me over to Enterprise car rentals in my car and dropped me off so I could get a rental. Extremely nice guy in the office. Highly recommended them. They did a excellent job. Very happy customer.

Been coming here for service off and on for a few years now and always get good service. Had a tire explode on the highway and had my car towed here on Sunday and came in early Monday to talk with them. They gave the car a good look over and now it rides better than before the accident and the price felt more than fair for the outcome. I've recommended it to a few friends and haven't hard any complaints either. Great shop.

My review is long overdue but I can't sing enough praises for the way Mike, Gabriel, Craig, and AJ treated me my first time coming in. I was 30 mins late (definitely not sleeping in on my day off 😅) and they still got me in! I needed some brake work done, a routine oil change, and I figured if it's racked up and they're off, why not get a little paint done on my calipers. I could have gotten a Lyft home but I didn't have any other plans so I hung around. Mike ended up ordering lunch for everyone, me included! He didn't have to, and as the hours went on we all just hung out and chatted about life. Definitely not the worst 6 hours I've ever spent waiting for a car by far! The job done was also excellent! They've definitely earned my business. If you need work done on your car, the guys at this Tuffy will take fantastic care of you!

Ended up waiting on my car a bit longer than we anticipated, but Ellie, the shop dog, was amazing company the whole time! Plus, Mike charged me extremely fair prices (<10% in labor!) for great work!!! My car is running better than it has in years!

Overall a wonderful experience. Mike Rivas is a phenomenal owner and truly has an excellent personnel touch. I've been coming for two years and will continue to frequent this location.
