Tried to use a courtesy car wash coupon sent by corporate customer service for turkey hill, the cashier was rude and refused to allow me to use it saying she'd never seen it before.

Ask a lady what was wrong with the pumps why I wasn’t able to pump she started talking to me and walking away at the same time like I was supposed to hear she really didn’t care whether the pump was working or not she was on her way to a break Store was full of customers two other cashiers with a five or six people in each of their lines, I’ll never go back to Turkey Hill to buy a damn thing that feeling station on the corner abroad and Nelson is the worst place I’ve ever been to in my lifeto hell with them and I didn’t get my gas.

I love the place, today September 4 at 5:40 pm I went there to fill up and I paid $22.02 on pump 8 and I forget to fill up and when I return to see the cashier for my money back he did not give me the money , that is not fair

I love this location but been trying to cancel my car wash membership and you can only cancel with the mgr at the wash but never can catch her. It’s either she isn’t in or she just left. I just want to cancel and the only way to cancel is with the wash mgr. It should be an easier way to cancel like inside the store or online if there is please let me know how

Mo had excellent customer service and was so nice and even offered napkins so I could wipe something off the back of my car ! Thank you mo for making my car was a great experience.!

This is by far the slowest pumps I have ever experienced. I timed one gallon at 1 minute 21 seconds which means that it would take me over a half hour to fill my truck if I found the patience to stand here that long!

Arrived at about 2am. Place was clean, smelled great, security guard and staff member were alert and friendly. I'll visit again!

Cashier Name Siera very very rude nasty attitude her customer service was very unwelcoming.Who wants to visit turkey hill if they have to put up with unpleasant service that siera has to offer she literally threw my receipt at me causing a hostile environment because if i wasn’t with my kids i wouldn’t have been nice at all
