I stopped to get gum here and use the restroom.The lady at the front desk with the glasses refused to let me use the restroom. What's the point of having a restroom if people can't use it. She basically profiled me. The sign on the men's room door said ask to use restroom. I asked and she refused. No reason given.

At quarter after 8 in the morning, the coffee wasn’t made, there are no paper towels or window wash fluid by the fuel pumps. This place is poorly maintained and poorly managed.

At approximately 5:22 p.m., I entered Turkey Hill to purchase a cup of ice and lottery tickets. The clerk returned to the register and said that she had to scan my driver's license for her to proceed. I questioned why, and she said it was the requirement; according to the lottery commission, they can verify your age by looking at your ID if you're underage. But scanning your ID is taking it to a whole other level.
What information is being obtained? Issues always concern this particular location; they need to close it.

Asked to use the rest room twice. Cashier needs to push a button to unlock the bathroom….. twice I walk over and he just forgets/ moves on to the next customer. Completely disrespectful way to treat people.

kinda crazy that I had to pee and the cashier told me the bathroom was closed “for thing night”…. Because people apparently don’t need to pee after 10pm I guess. P

Store clerks control the bathroom door from the counter. They buzzed me into the bathroom while someone was already in there. Then they do the same thing to me and buzz a man in while I'm sitting down with my pants around my knees. There is no way for me to lock the door. Old man just saw my pale side-cheek. Thanks for the super uncomfortable experience, marathon. Your clerks shouldn't be buzzing people into occupied bathrooms.

Dirty, coffee station always! Half of the staff, lazy and poorly trained. Incompetency at the cash register, verification of age is supposed to be done by entering the purchasers age using the front of their ID to confirm their birthday with the eight digits on the keyboard, Scanning an ID is no longer allowed, under federal licensing and federal IDs. I have informed them of this numerous times they still insist on scanning, that is supposed to be for three letter organizations only! With an Apple electronic ID, there is no ability to scan, and there is no reason for them to scan, that is to track a person‘s whereabouts, travel, and visiting Canada or Mexico or one of the other American territories only!!!

It's 12:24. The two heavyset tattooed females couldn't put their phones down enough to take an order. Talking amongst each other as if a customer wasn't standing in front of them. Real disrespectful. Everything about this Southside location is terrible. Pumps outdated. Heavyset unfriendly front desk cashiers. Be warned

I went to two pumps. Both had broken card readers. The screens were inoperative. No point in even stopping here. Just go to the Speedway next door.

Extremely rude cashier!!! We left and will NEVER return to that location. Turkey Hill lost our business forever. If the bathrooms aren't available for public use then there should be a sign on the FRONT door stating that there are NO PUBLIC BATHROOMS, not a sign on the bathroom door to ask the rude cashier for a key. Way to run a business into the ground!! Go north, about 10 minutes is a very nice Marathon, give them your business instead.
