Place is TRASH gas pumps always down and there right off a major highway this is not good for commuters and BAD for community. This is been a ongoing problem for 2 years now. I will just keep going to speedway from here on out.......

This place makes you scan your ID when Ohio state law says if you provide a valid Ohio drivers license, they must sell you tobacco or liquor unless you are intolerably drunk and they do not sell you when you show them ID it’s bullshit. Scanning IDs is not the law quit making your own laws And follow the law.

Do Not buy gift cards here I bought 2 cards Christmas Eve paid 100.00 and they never added the funds and the receipt even showed nothing was added to the card and yet they say nothing can be done and every number they give you is out of service

I'll pull up here to get air my tire. They charge my card $2.50. But they don't tell you that the pump is broke. So I'll go in to report my complaint to the assist. Ant manager that is on duty. And he's going to tell me there's nothing that they can do because this is owned by an independent vendor. No empathy or anything and no note saying that this machine is not operating. There is no visible phone number for me to call. And

I just needed some gas. The associates behind the cash register do not work. The prepay pumps do not work. I tried fueling at two different pumps. I could not get fuel. I will never go to this place again. They don’t practice convenience or customer service.

They do a good job. They will have something you want to snack on or drink. People are friendly generally.

I give it five stars numberone good communication between the staff workers.. number two working together as a team ..number three when I told them about something they got on it right away and did not hesitate to see who was going to do it.. number four customer service is outstanding..

Worked at this location on and off for about 3 yrs..my "twin" like 8...I love the atmosphere and my regular customers...so sad our rating is so low...we have so many faithfully and loving customers..Im sure if we get more people to rate us...PRIA & STEPHON...we would have 5 stars for just customer service alone..no doubt

Tried three different pumps - all of them were asking for kroger card, but wouldn't let you enter it in or scan it. When I entered my credit card it started to bypass, and then went back to the kroger card screen... and then when I tried to tell the attendant inside she just stared at me, ignored it, and said nothing.
