Pumps for diesel is super slow. I will change my review if they fix it. This is like that science gas station is open. 80g for 50 min. they fix it :)

I went up to the cashier named “Brandi” to get gas and she was the most disrespectful person I have ever met. She completely sexualized me and how I identify. I came in at 5 pm. I demand the cameras be reviewed and that she’s fired for discrimination. You don’t call people sweetie or honey in the work place. There was another man standing next to her to verify this was said….unless the black man will stand up and lie for the black women because this is a race thing because I’m white. We defend and protect what’s right. We don’t defend or lie based off skin color and we sure don’t sexualize or joke about how someone identify themself. I will be calling corporate

Arrived at 954. They closed at 10. Doors were locked. They waved their hands I. My face in an X shape and would not let us in. I was literally able to complain to my friends, get to another gas station, and write this review before they closed.

I’m always greeted and treated well here. No matter the time of day but especially midday. The woman is really nice and helpful. Even when my card got stuck in the atm they helped me.

Sometimes the loyalty card doesn't work and strangers do approach you from time to time but the employees are nice a respectful. Shout out to Jr. if he still works there 10/10 service and attitude

Courtney was an amazing breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service. He answered my questions as best he could while also making sure to attend to incoming customers with a “Hello, welcome, if there is anything you need just let me know.” It’s been a minute since I’ve seen such kindness shown to consumers. Make him manager today!!! Thank you Courtney, we need more young people like yourself out here intersecting with the public, feels good bruh!! Keep Doug your thing!! Salute.

Paying at pump often doesn't work. I'll generally drive the little bit extra to Kroger on Morse to get gas and not be harrased for change.

This is a horrible gas station nothing works correctly including the cashiers and the pumps. The store is hot and the cashier has the portal a/c pointed towards himself while the merchandise melts. I tried to purchase some gas and the pump did not work correctly and the cashier (JR)/ manager (Linda) was not able to fix or provide me with a receipt saying my receipt vanished. Never visiting this location again

I've used this location for gas for years. I always use the pay-at-the-pump option and have never had any problems. Today, I used the pay-at-the-pump option but after several times entering my Kroger Card number or my alternate number, both numbers were repeatedly denied. I went up the street to the gas station in the Kroger parking lot and I had no issues at all. So I will no longer be patronizing the Turkey Hill gas station at the corner of Heaton and Morse Rd.

The attendant was someone that surely belongs in tge ghetto. Rude as hell and looked like a drug dealer. I got gas on my hand and wanted to wash my hands and he screamed at me saying the bathrooms were closed when they were in fact open.
