This place lacks accountability and transparency. They failed to rectify the situation though they admitted fault. No one in customer care can explain how it stated availability on the site and when I checked in a unit was “available” in their system yet the unit was occupied. A voucher was given for the mileage inconvenience yet my card had already been charge the day prior (unauthorized and unbeknownst to me). They are crooks and this isn’t the first fraudulent issue that I have dealt with at this location. You should do a deep examination of this locations financials and habits to keep them honest and accountable to all customers. I will no longer do business with U-Haul due to this issue and I pray you look at the amount of money I’ve spent t with the company to understand this lost not to mention the lost of family and friends I will be sharing my experience with.

Had a pretty bad experience, Katrina was rude at check-in, then when we completed our mobile return of our truck later that night. Katrina came out of the doors when we were going to put our keys in the drop box. She demanded we re-park the truck at the check-in station in front of the store, even though there were other trucks there when we first pulled in. She was rude in the confrontation and refused to take our keys until we did what she wanted. Keep in mind this is after we completed the return in the app. She then refused to give me her name, and pointed to her manager leaving in his car, and said I had to get her name from him. Just terrible experience honestly. I’ve rented uhauls before, it’s not supposed to be that hard.

Visiting Dec 4, 23 at 1 PM. Guy helping me check out with boxes and supplies was super helpful! Never got a name from him but I liked him. His supervisor though, wearing a light blue shirt (also never got a name) was INCREDIBLY rude to him. She is a terrible supervisor who, from my five minutes in the store, verbally berated him in front of a customer non stop and kept saying “IM A SUPERVISOR. DONT WORRY ABOUT ME I CAN SAY WHAT I WANT TO YOU”. Really bad look on her part and I feel bad for the nice guy who checked me out.

Katrina was awesome. There was an issue with the U-Haul we were originally supposed to have but she was able to give us one that was practically brand new. She was very professional and efficient and I’m happy with our experience at this location.

The system was down when I arrived, and despite checking-in online ahead of time, getting my rental box truck was heavily delayed, and my timeline for moving that day was thrown off. While waiting, I was even trying to reschedule my reservation to get the 24/7 self-service (at the suggestion of one of the associates) so I could bypass getting my keys at the front desk, since their system was down. Trying to get the 24/7 self-service ended up being convoluted enough that before I could complete it, their system came back online long enough for them to make a new reservation for me, and I was finally able to get a truck. The truck was in good condition, but the mileage was higher than what it was supposed to be according to the online equipment verification, and the online verification wouldn't let me take a photo to confirm it was higher than expected. I was already enough behind of schedule, and I had no confidence that an associate would be able to help, so I skipped it. I don't know for certain what was ultimately the cause of the downed system, but it seemed to be at U-Hual's fault considering the assoicates were trying to contact some kind of IT guy, who was able to restart their system and seemed to get it to work again. The experience has severely diminished my confidence in U-Haul and their reliability, and I chose to rent from U-Haul because I thought they'd be more reliable, but that seems to have been a poor choice. I will say, the associates were kind and apologetic, despite being noticeably exasperated, so I don't have much of any complaint with them, but they didn't seem like they had any idea on what to do, and I felt like it was up to me as the customer to find a work-around for their issue. I wish they were more equipped to provide a solution in a situation like that. I'd have a hard time recommending this location to a friend, and I'll be looking at other options myself next time I need to rent a box truck.

People working there were super helpful, got me rented out and returned quickly and seemlessle. Which was great because the app sucked, should've just gone inside to begin with. Guy wrapped up his smoke break early to help me out.

Both me and the manager were really having a bad day. Despite all of this the manager still went above and beyond. She was about to leave work for the day and proactively noticed i needed help, she got out of the car and took 10 minutes to help with my uhaul crate issue. That deserves more than 5 stars!

Best UHaul experience I ever had. Angela and team were so attentive and answered all of my questions. I've never been to such a friendly uhaul and definitely will be back.

Great service in and in less than 5 mins. Drop-off quick less than a min. Only problem I had was a little trash in the truck. Other than that great experience. I'll be back if I need a truck.

I can not remember the last time I had such a welcoming experience from a company. Everyone was so friendly, they were having fun and being professional and it was just warm and happy. Incredibly helpful, highly recommend and I will never go anywhere else for my moving needs!

Lazy and useless. This is the second time I've gone in for a propane refill lately and the second time I got "the guy who does that is on break" when the guy with a beard who has done it for me multiple times was sitting right there. Just lazy and didn't want to get off his stool. Save yourself the time and go to Specialty Gas House in Clintonville.
