Everything went very well with my return of the uhaul truck

We rented a 15 foot moving truck from this dealer. It was convenient to the Ohio State area. We scheduled online. Pickup and drop off were easy. The truck worked as expected. No problems. Would use them again.

They were not staffed to handle both the UHAUL operation and their store at the same time. They did not have the equipment I ordered when I went to pick it up. I had to drive and rent it from another company.
