Me and a friend walked into this location to rent a trailer, we stood there waiting and waiting for someone to help us, a woman and a man sat behind the counter talking and laughing and not once did either one of them acknowledge us so we walked out and drove to a different location. That was so rude

My review is not about the store in particular, but the management.. For one they don’t have tap to pay, the system should be updated. It’s 2025… But that’s not my real issue- The issue is I went to go get my card, finish the transaction, etc. I proceed to walk out the store and Another guy who didn’t even check me out, screamed across the store for me to come back that my card declined. However, my AMEX Was not the issue - the lady who checked me out did something wrong in the computer on her end. However, that is embarrassing AF And I feel like he tried to do that on purpose, The lady who did my transaction apologized, but that’s not enough. Not professional at all, And if there was an issue, you simply say, please come back to the counter. Will not be using them anymore.

I had a great experience with this U-Haul location. From start to finish, everything was quick and seamless. When I picked up my trailer, the team had me in and out in under 20 minutes—hooked up and ready to go in no time! Returning the trailer was just as smooth. Even with a full house and a packed parking lot, the staff was incredibly efficient and had me wrapped up and on my way again in less than 20 minutes. Really impressed with how they handled such a busy location while keeping things moving. Great job to the whole crew!

I had a great experience renting my uhaul from this location! It was my first time and Jayva was very helpful in explaining the process to me and ensuring I got the best customer service. I would definitely recommend this location! I didn’t get his name in person but the receipt said Jonathon, this gentleman was very kind greeted us immediately upon return and explained the extra charges from extra mileage we had put on. I had an amazing experience from start to finish. It was very convenient and fast to check in/out, the staff was kind and courteous, they connected with me and my boyfriend, felt like borrowing a truck from friends! The vehicle was clean and tank was full. I’d say I had a perfect experience! Thank you all!!!!

Truck Pickup was easy and Return was even easier. Trucks were in great mechanical condition. The person accepting the Return was very courteous.

This was one of the best customer service experiences. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice from the beginning and the young man assisting with the truck and trailer was very efficient and friendly from pick up to drop off.
