Rental was beat up, both seats leaned hard towards the doors, cushion was torn, the cover they put on the driver seat to cover the torn cover wasn't installed so it kept punching up. Had a misfire in the engine at stop lights. Certainly needed work, but worked for what I needed it for.

The Girl and guy in the office were perfect, even offered us donuts when we cam in to pick up the truck. Excellent customer service at the UHaul on Rome Hilliard Rd.
