I use this company all the time. It's the cheapest rate and I've never had a single problem. I have moved across several states with them .

I have been trying to get this resolved, but since the owner clearly doesn't have the time to message me back I suppose that I will just post a review detailing my experience.I had a timeline where I needed to get everything completed by and that's why I scheduled to pick up the truck in the middle of the night it was close enough to just walk and grab it. So I picked it up at 3am, when I picked up the truck the check engine light was on and it immediately was difficult to start, I didn't think too much of it because the previous truck I had rented had low tire pressure and it went smooth no problems. So, I take the truck back to my apartment start loading it up come back to try and start it at 5am, doesn't start. I then call the roadside and let them know that the truck isn't starting. They call the roadside service and the guy was awesome came out and jumped the truck by this time it's about 8am or so and I had to load more and at this point I was suppose to return the truck at 9am there was absolutely no way since the truck wasn't starting I couldn't even take my first load to where it needed to go. So, I leave the truck running load more into it and then I went to grab gas came back and the truck wouldn't start again with the key, I thought this time it was the key because it wouldn't even work on the truck so I had to go all the way to gorgesville to get a new key for this truck! So that took about 2 hours away from our day and I at this point was over it . when I get back I try and get the key in and surprise again the truck would not start again! This time it wasn't the key it was the actual truck again, so I call wait about an hour. Then the first roadside cancels and they have to dispatch out another person, the roadside person that showed up was awesome but explained the battery was just dead since this is the third attempt. So he changes the battery. I have to stay at my location another night because where I needed to take my items to closed about 2 hours ago and now I'm just completely behind schedule. The guy with roadside explained that because of the issues I'd get the truck for 72 hours and that I shouldn't have to pay the difference. Awesome thats good with me because of this I lost out on time and had to spend extra money going back and forth in my car while the truck couldn't be used. So while that happened, the next morning the truck started perfectly fine but then it started raining and while driving the truck the windshield whipers stopped working making driving the truck completely dangerous. Finally I got done with the truck returned it and was just completely exhausted from all of the jump around and wasted time and energy while I was trying to move. It was already extremely stressful and exhausting but this ontop of it just made it worse.The owner matthew reached out to me and explained that I must have left the lights on causing the battery to die.That's absolutely absurd I've rented numerous vehicles and I've owned several vehicles I've never had this problem before. That wouldn't even make sense mostly because at check out time the check engine light was already on and I only left the truck unattended for about 2 hours to start with no way could I have killed a battery in two hours and then it continue to die not just once but twice? Yeah definitely rented out a faulty vehicle and caused me duress in this situation and then they had the audacity to blame me for their horrible service and faulty products. Absolutely asinine I will NEVER rent from this location ever ever again and if this is how UHAUL conducts business I will definitely find another company to rent a truck from because you don't give someone a broken product and fail to communicate with them, cause them time and money and THEN try and blame the situation on them. I drove a total of ten miles 131218 to 131228 on the odometer. The gas gauge didn't move. They charged me for two gallons if fuel. I used less than a quarter of that fuel. Shady business practice.

Awful location. I dropped a truck off to this location about two weeks ago. I have been slapped with an $89.12 charge for excessive days and/or cleaning fee. I was less than 20 minutes late. My dropoff time was after closing, therefore even if it was on time, nobody would have been there to perform a Level 1 inspection.I was formerly a UHaul dealer so I know the process. This is an example of a store making up nonsensical charges to try and milk more money out of the process. If memory serves, any cleaning fee or late drop off fees go 100% to the dealer, which this location is trumping up to try and make more revenue.Avoid this store. You are better off going to an actual UHaul corporate run center than an independent dealer at this point. Hopefully my refund processes.

U-Haul as a whole isn't terrible however, I was contacted by U-Haul and asked if I would be bringing my rental back a day early. I explained that I still had over 24 hours in which I was told that ow that's right, but I could hear in the background they were trying to rent it before I had turned it in. That fine but don't call and rush me to bring it back early... Then after I did return it I was charged $28 for gas. Even though I returned it with the same amount of gas in the U-Haul. Next time I'll use a different company. Seems like customer service has gone down hill the past few years.

I have rented equipment from this location more than 15 times in the last 3 years and it is great. I often make my equipment selection on using this location rather than on which item I want to rent. A different sized truck or trailer isn’t as big of a change as having the right team and location to work with.

this location..Darlene & son both lied about truck rentals on Sunday 11/11 & 14..SD. reserved 10ft.Got there..no truck!! On Monday 12th dropped off $500. for their" toys for tots.puzzles 15 & 158 beans babies.longaberger all new baskets NONE went to TFT per son.refused receipt of my donation...stealing from kids..bad business.reported to UHAUL!!

Okay, so don’t order a truck through the app or online at this location because you’ll have to wait until they open, but Darlene was able to help me before they opened and was very efficient and friendly. She was SUPER helpful.

U-haul will advertise how you can obtain the truck with your mobile phone. Not at this place, we had to wait for the guy to finish his lunch before we could get the u-haul

Good customer service, but it really sucks that the only way you can rent a vehicle from them is through a magor credit ? card. But i can completely understand why that is the way it is.
