The Wi-Fi was down at the Whitehall location. The staff utilized their personal cellular devices to keep everything running along. We were able to get our rental secured, regardless of the situation, which was highly appreciated. Return was also simple and easy and there were no surprises. Great experience overall!

This place literally saved my car from what another uhaul (in Saint Louis) messed up.

Went to try to get propane and they didn’t have anyone qualified to do nor didn’t know if they would have someone the next day. They need to get rid of the advertisement out front. Maybe think of doing by reservation because it was a hassle to bring my tank only for them to not have trained personnel

I was a little skeptical about going here again because of the poor work ethics displayed by employees and the terrible customer service I received about five years ago. BUT to be truthful my experience was nothing but GREAT and friendly and fast. Ron was fast and friendly. Very helpful. From beginning to the end. He helped me pick the truck size I needed. He also made sure I got my refund because I didn't go over the mileage. I walked in thinking it was going to be horrible but Ron made it so stress free. GREAT A1 outstanding customer service. 👏

Inform your customers service representative that they are not talking too a child hood friend while on the clock conducting business. I talked to two disrespectful people ( males) one over the phone getting smart and the other upon dropping the Uhaul off. I was very disappointed in them having no professionalism with me. I will not come back ever to this location as long as they work there. Don't know there names but I do remember there voice and face. Rude and disrespectful.

Edit: Issue Resolved 110%
There was an issue with the receipt and I think a misunderstanding at drop off and they mixed up the paperwork, the issue was corrected with extra concessions to make sure the numbers were rounded in my favor. I appreciate the ease of fixing the issue and would suggest that the process updated with more pictures and gps tracking of the vehicle somehow to prevent future mishaps.

I returned the truck an hour early with only a little more than half the mileage used and should have gotten a credit. They called me saying I didn’t return the truck and needed to return the truck. I called the call center they took all my notes and sent the location a message. They called back again said that I needed to return the truck, I said I returned the truck an hour early on Sunday. They charged me for three days and I didn’t get any credit. I’ll be contacting corporate for a refund, because the email response to the receipt has not been answered yet.
