I would like to formally express my concern regarding the propane refill service at this location. Every time I come for a propane fill, the wait time is consistently between 45 minutes to an hour. I often have to call several times before anyone responds, and it appears that staff are reluctant to handle propane service. This causes significant inconvenience to customers and reflects poorly on the overall service experience.
If the location is unable to provide timely and efficient propane service, I strongly recommend discontinuing it altogether to avoid wasting customers’ time and causing frustration.

My husband and I rented a 15' truck to move from our two-bedroom home out of state to our new place in Columbus. Although the parking lot/dropoff area was a little tight and confusing to navigate, dropping our vehicle off at this location went extremely smoothly. We were checked out by Gary, who was very friendly and professional, adeptly handling multiple questions/issues coming up while also taking care of us. Unless we can find an alternative adequate location closer to us, I would certainly rent from this location in the future, if needed.

U-Haul was very accommodating with the necessary 2 days extended rental we needed and upgraded our truck without additional fees since they did not currently have the one we needed. The line may be long when you get there, but it was worth the wait. Go early on a Saturday to avoid the long lines!

The two women behind the counter were very courteous and professional and so was the man who helped hooked up the trailer. You seem to have a great crew here. .

The staff at Morse Road are the most helpful of any location I have ever been to and I frequently visit multiple locations monthly. From the workers at the desk to the workers upstairs and the offices just amazing.

Extremely rude staff that gives you an additude for literally anything. When I first walked up to the desk and said hey the woman replied "what do you want". Unknowledable staff too, I asked if the quote would change depending on different variables and she said no, then I asked if I could have a 2nd quote printed out, and apologized for making her do more work. She then said she "believes it'd be the same and we might match the quote" all just empty words and staff wouldn't print a 2nd quote for me after I asked

I checked in beforehand and that made my visit at the location pretty quick. The trailer was clean and was exactly what I needed. I was able to return it early and everyone at the location was very helpful. Thank you... I would not hesitate to do it again!

FYI: Anyone renting a U Haul needs a phone number of a friend/relative that will answer their phones (even at 7am on a Saturday) because they will be called.Excellent customer service reps at Morse Rd location!!!
