FYI: Anyone renting a U Haul needs a phone number of a friend/relative that will answer their phones (even at 7am on a Saturday) because they will be called.Excellent customer service reps at Morse Rd location!!!

I had trouble getting the lights to work on the trailer I rented. Philip the general manager was so helpful and patient helping me fix the issue. I would highly recommend this U-Haul location.

The lack of honesty I was provided with by (Theresa C.) the customer service call center. So I extended my rental agreement for 24hrs, and was charged for an additional 80 extra miles on top the 80 miles I already purchased but hadn’t even used half of them. So I was forced to buy miles I didn’t need and would not be using. So I asked if I would be refunded for any unused miles I hadn’t driven, and Theresa C. stated that I would be refunded my money back for any miles not driven. With that being said, I finished the rental agreement, went inside to get my refund and ended up not being refunded but charged 122.45 more for unpaid fees. I was not refunded for the 75 unused miles not credited. The customer service lady just Tom’s me what I wanted to hear so she could wrap up that call. This is unacceptable in many different ways. I would give zero stars if possible.!

Reduce the daily rental fee and the amount per millage to make it affordable even for the low income earners.I will also like to comment on the customer service skills of your front desk guy CLIFTON FLOYD, he is an amazing guy with respect for others, customer centric and has a nice personality. Keep up the good job Clifton.

I’ve used U-Haul many times at multiple locations across different states, but my experience with this one was HORRIBLE! Halfway through my way to the destination, the staff (morning shift 11/19/23) who checked me in callled me telling me, with a very cold attitude, to go back to the store be she forgot the car key for me, also said “I want you to come back right away because I don’t know when the truck would stop.” I was driving on the interstate in the traffic and what she said got me anxious and panicking. I had to calm myself down and tried to judge where to exit for a parking lot so I can re-GPS for the store while being stressed that driving back and forth would add more cost to the rental. It was just a total mess on my mind! I later realized the truck is keyless engine and it wouldn’t stop if it is running but the staff intimated me by saying the truck would stop any time. In fact she used that intimidating warning to make me go back to get the key, so she can cover herself for the fact that she forgot to give the car key. A total mess and mistake from her!On top of that this store even asks you to upload a headshot of yourself and provided an emergency contact and makes your call the number on-site to verify the number is real! No other U-Ha stores have ever asked me to this. Maybe this explains why the check-in process takes FOREVER. I was waiting for 45 min before I got my truck plus the check-in lady forgot the key for me and I had to go back for the key. So it took more than an hour to officially get on the road! Will never use this store again!

20231017 - I called here and spoke to Shannon (Manager) to explain and schedule a problem with my hitch running lights.When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted and attended to by Becky. We touched base on the request and expectations regarding an installed U-Haul hitch (installed a couple years back) in which the running lights were not working. Becky provided plenty of insight and information on the approach. Becky explained the problem after she diagnosed it and the steps required to remediate the issue. Becky did an amazing job and had me back on the road very promptly.On the other hand, the other person at the counter did not appear "customer service" attentive.I have seen many folks at this place through the years, Becky is a clear winner. Shannon, give Becky a raise ASAP (inflation is real, job needs to be meet the market) and keep her around before she finds another opportunity.For anyone visiting this place, ask for Becky - she was amazing and detailed oriented as it relates to customer service and hitch repair.

This place, along with the exceptional assistance from Philip and Shannon, has been an absolute lifesaver! I previously had a different U-Haul dealer in a different state handle the installation and wiring of our tow vehicle, and to put it succinctly, it was a complete disaster. When I attempted to connect our travel trailer, there was a total absence of functioning lights. Fortunately, I brought it to this establishment, and not only did they accommodate me on short notice, but they also completely rewired the vehicle correctly, rectifying the issues that should have been addressed initially. Now, every component on my trailer operates flawlessly, thanks to their invaluable help and expertise. I am profoundly grateful for their exceptional service.

Large range of trailers especially motorcycle trailers. Outdoor / trailer lot team are super, competent and friendly. I always get the $8 insurance for - no stress & worry free - trailering. I remember driving through road construction with extremely narrowed lanes and was sweating every minute for an hour! Not worth it ! Pay the $8 and relax. Cheers.

I did a reservation once I was there they did not want give me the truck because my phone is not working. I back home and bring my second phone with the working phone number but they did not want to give me the truck even I have everything complete. It was a discrimination. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen
