My review is a shoutout to the Queen of Customer Service…Ms. Jada at the Easton Ulta location. I placed an online order to take advantage of the buy one get one 50% off and once the order was ready for pick-up the store only had one of the items.
I called and Jada answered, from the first second of our call, she was committed to helping me. She offered to check their inventory as a truck had just come in. She did not see the product and offered to cancel my order. However our conversation did not end there.
Jada mentioned that the Manager would do inventory in the evening and would leave them a note to put aside the items I needed if they were there...aaaannnd she offered to call me in the morning to confirm what had happened. At this point it became less about the products and the exceptional customer service I was receiving over the phone.
In the end, Jada followed up the next day with calling me, they indeed had both products and my husband offered to pick them up, but I personally drove over so I could meet the Queen of Customer Service Ms. Jada. She was simply beautiful inside and out!

Went in to buy the new snif scent. The lady assisting me was lovely and stated it came with a free gift that they had in stock. Went to check out and the cashier refused to give it to me and overall made it seem like the transaction was an issue for her overall.

The Ulta beauty worker named Jayda did amazing on helping me find my shade match.and was also very patient with me and understanding with what my concerns were when it came to find the right product that work for me.

I was greeted and helped by the sweetest employee, her name was Jada. She went above and beyond and was so helpful. I love the Matrix Glow Mania shampoo and conditioner for color treated hair that you recommended Jada!! You’re the best!!! Everyone go see Jada at Ulta Easton. She’s so kind and absolutely beautiful🩷

I have an ulta right next to my place but the service at this one is incomparable in my opinion. They made sure we got everything we were looking for and overall just made us feel welcome. A shoutout to Jada for the extra care it was much appreciated

Only two stars because it is so warm/hot in this store. I had a salon service done and was sweating to death in my chair. I can only imagine how the employees who are in the store for 8+ hours a day feel. That aside my experience with Jake who is absolutely amazing and fabulous was top notch! He makes you feel pampered and relaxed. He took the time to make sure I was getting the cut and style I wanted. He made me feel like a whole new person when I left. I love my gender affirming style! Thank you Jake. But can something please be done about the temperature in this location. I would really like to come back but I don’t want to sweating while receiving my services or just shopping around.

The employees are SO NICE?? Especially this lady called Zenawit!! Nicest person to ever exist on earth… literally had to call my mom since she was mad at me & took us 10+ minutes to check out and she waited patiently the whole time😭😭 girl zenawit if you see this I love you and I just know your kids do too❤️❤️

Terrible customer service ! Walked in the two girls at the front just doing whatever ! I HAD TO SPEAK TO THEM FIRST ! Like isn’t this what you’re paid to do ? Then no one asked if I needed help . I then get to checkout in just standing there I had to ask her was she ready ! Like instead of standing around trying to look cute ! Try a gym first ! GOOD DAY !

I just left the store and to say my mood is ruined would be an understatement. Honestly, this location doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating. I will never return to this store, nor will I shop at Ulta again.
I came in with my family to pick up an order. The staff member at the order counter didn’t greet me. Instead, she immediately asked why my husband was recording the Cecred stand. I calmly asked if filming wasn’t allowed, but her response was cold and laced with attitude. She continued to mean mug me throughout the interaction.
When I inquired about Cecred sales, she was dismissive and impolite. As a Beyoncé fan, I was genuinely excited by all the positive reviews and videos of people purchasing her line at Ulta. I even planned to purchase the Restoring Hair Edge Drops, but the subpar customer service completely killed that excitement.
I sincerely wish Sephora carried Cecred and the items I purchased at Ulta because their customer service is consistently excellent.
Unfortunately, I didn’t get the sales assistant’s name. I just wanted to leave. Disappointed is an understatement.

Decided to start shopping here for affordable makeup. I also needed hair shears today, but was told over the phone “I don’t think we have shears or hair scissors” which didn’t make sense, considering this store has a hair product/tools section. When I asked her if I can speak to someone who knows for sure and the person next to her reiterated “No, we don’t”. When I mentioned that the website says they have multiple in store, she said “buy it online and we’ll see if we can find them,” I literally walked into to store 5 MINUTES LATER and they had a section with SEVERAL options of shears/scissors in the hair section.. I went shopping here yesterday too & had to ask a rep the same question 3 times before she went and got an answer. Lazy employees are enough to make me not shop here anymore. It’s upsetting to be mistreated & not be valued as a customer. I’m returning all items that I’ve purchased over the last week. Saving $$ is not worth being treated this way.
I never encountered this type of behavior at Sephora -they have great customer service. They’re helpful with much warmer personalities and are actually knowledgeable of the products that they sell. The difference is night and day.
