Talk about nickel and diming. My daughter went to this location to return an Amazon package that required a printed label. As she could not pre-print it and stick it on the package herself, she needed the label printed at the store. This particular store charges $2.42 just to print a small adhesive shipping label that probably costs them $.02 to print. Really? Talk about nickel and diming the customer for something that costs almost nothing for the store to do and takes literally 2 seconds to print. Given that a good portion of their customers are likely college and graduate students, you would think they would do the right thing and not charge this ridiculous fee. Our local UPS store never charges to print a label. Ever. These stores are privately owned franchises. If you can go to another location, do so.

Never have any issues at this location. I bring them the thing, pay, and then they ship it out. All my packages have made it to their final destinations.

Today June 27, 2025
Today, my daughter went to this UPS Store to return some Amazon packages. There were two employees working — one man and one woman. Both of them were extremely slow, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful.
It was clear that they had no interest in assisting customers, and they were just standing around, barely doing anything. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. I genuinely regret using UPS for anything.
Next time, I will make my returns, shipments, or purchases through a different postal service. UPS has proven to be the worst option. If I could give a negative rating, I would give them -100 stars.
I hope the manager or whoever is in charge sees this and takes action, because this store’s service is disgraceful.

The young man at the front desk named Dylan gave us the best service I have ever seen in my life. I’ve shipped tons of boxes in different cities as I’ve moved for college and work, and his air of professionalism and care is literally unmatched.

I don’t come into the UPS store much but this experience was exceptional. Both associates helped me immediately when I walked in the door. I was walked through what information I needed to give in order to mail my car title to a family member. It was overall a quick, efficient, and, friendly experience. I had a rough day at work and after dealing with the associates, it immediately put me in a great mood.

The woman working today tried to charge me $5.00 to tape my Amazon Return. I followed all directions and had everything Amazon required. It wasn’t until I picked up the box and said I would take it to another store that she said she would not charge me to tape a box “this time.” There are stores with free parking….not that far away. She should stop her tape tax.
