Had a really good experience shipping my stuff out from here. Big shoutout to Shawn - 10/10 customer service. Was stressed out going into this since I was moving but he was super kind and made me feel a lot better about the whole process. Had poor customer service experience in the Short North location, so really appreciate Shawn for taking care of me here!

I forgot to create a label during our hotel stay and needed a box, which would’ve required extra steps with the hotel. Shawn kindly offered to pick it up for me. He didn’t have to, but made the whole process so easy. I really appreciate his courtesy and kindness.

I use this store often for returning packages. It is so easy. Plenty of off street parking, easy in-and-out, quick drop inside, and the staff is always friendly. Thanks!

My review isn't specific to this location, but I need a place to gripe about how bad UPS is as a corporation. I understand this is a franchise, but that doesn't matter to me sell the business this is a terrible corporation and business model. UPS tried to upcharge me 250$ for a small box of cheap electronics and their worthless foreign call center customer service representatives not only did not do what they promised to do, they wasted my time. I had to reject the package because they are an entirely disjointed unreasonable blob of morons.
Again not talking about this location, but sell this franchise and dump the stock of UPS this company is going down.

Went to drop off two Amazon returns but one needed a label I forgot to print off. Asked if they could just print it off for me and they said they couldn’t and I would have to pay five dollars as a fee to use their computer in store to print it off. No thanks, that’s absurd and a way to pinch people for profits. UPS is the worst.

Horrible customer service.
Horrible experience.
They refused to receive my packages without giving you any explanation or reason. They packages were returned to the sender.
Don't use this location.
