I had an issue with Samsung while trying to send back a repair, but James at the UPS Store was so incredibly patient and helpful. He was attentive to me while I waited for Samsung Support but was also able to take care of all the customers in line behind me, while making sure to check in on me and asking if I was still good. Thank you James for all your help and patience with my situation!

I showed up last night as manager James was locking and closing the store. Instead of turning me away, he greeted me with a smile, held the door for new to come in, and patiently assisted me with my multiple Amazon returns. He was very polite and helpful. Thank you again James! Amazing service.

I went to this ups store to drop off 2 amazon packages. When I notice he scanned the wrong return code I pointed it out and he wouldn't scan the right return code he kept saying don't worry about amazon will still give me credit for it which I found out that isn't true so now I am out the product and my refund. Stay away from this ups store

The employees at the store especially Mr James and Mr DJ are consistently helpful and friendly . They go extra mile to assist customers, making their experience a pleasant one. Horrible Customer Service located 2868 Steltzer Road (No Name Agent with Red hair) refused to explanation or assist with my UPS return. He told me i can't get assistance without paying for it. I never knew you had to pay for someone to be provide detals to the service that the business offers on top of that why would anyone want to use the postal boxes or any other services that are offered with that kind of rude attitude. There are over 14,734 household in the area of this store , it's a shame that the franchise owner has to lose business or is losing business because of a rude and condescending employee. After reading some of the reviews I can see this is nothing new to thos location.

I was trying to ship a full size guitar in its carrying case, i did not have a box that size on hand and neither did the UPS Store apparently. I was told they would have to do a custom packaging and that would cost around $50 dollars before shipping cost. Another employee overheard and looked around in the back... i do not know what he saw back there but he told me i only owed them
$30 and the package would be on its way. Satisfied

This staff is the best. There are plenty of times where they could have turned us away because they were closing, or been mean. But they’re always helpful and polite. I, personally, love this location. We bring a lot of orders here and they’re always good to us.

I would say the reason why I’m giving the score is because every time I’m here James assist me with packaging and whatever it is that I need. He’s very kind and gets things done efficiently only UPS location I go to because of this man. Thank you again James if you see the survey.

I’ve used the self-service kiosk at this UPS Store multiple times without issue, following the instructions provided. The kiosk clearly states that items scanned with a QR code should be bagged before placing the sticker label. However, during a previous visit, an employee instructed me to do the opposite—place the sticker label directly on the box instead.
Today, I followed that same instruction, but when I sought assistance at the counter regarding my receipt, I was met with an incredibly condescending response from someone who claimed to be the store manager. He told me I had done it wrong. When I explained that I was only following directions given to me on a prior visit, he flat-out denied that any employee would have ever said such a thing. Instead of clarifying the correct procedure for future visits, he became increasingly aggressive, loud, and dismissive. When I politely asked for clarification on what to do next time, he refused to answer and instead threatened to void my returns.
After repeatedly insisting that he void them, he finally did—but not before telling me I was banned from the store and needed to leave immediately. As I was walking out, he called me a “poofy ass.”
This is completely unacceptable. I have already contacted corporate regarding this incident, and if I do not receive a satisfactory resolution, I will explore legal options.
