The worst delivery ? company everI’ve package required signature they let me stop my job twice and wait for delivery guys and they not professional enough to call me or nock the door, they just put the notice on my door and they said I wasn’t home and i have to take a taxi to pick it up ⬆️ in my opinion DoorDash delivery more professional and proficiency than UPS

This is a UPS hub, not a UPS Store. As such, it's bare bones i.e. not products or copiers etc. However, staff person was helpful. You would be well advised to have your parcel boxed, taped and ready to go.

I am MORE than disappointed with UPS. It isn't that they lost a package or anything like that. My son applied for a position there in early November. Some backround the application asked if he had a disability to which he told.them that he was autistic. Was told at that time that he got a position and to report to the job in a week. So he was there on time and was told that he wasn't on the list. After getting a hold of HR he was rescheduled for another night. He showed up and was told that time that he needed steeltoed boots. Being on a fixed income he relied on others to help.with that. Showed up a third time and was told again that he wasn't on the hiring list even though my son showed them the emails with the hire date. Frustrated and angry he left again. Call HR again and was told that they lost his application and his background check that toke three weeks to get. I can't help but think that this was discrimination again my son because he is autistic. Extremely disappointed with thecompany and their hiring staff.Im currently thinking that I should contact someone about this. Ideas...

It's honestly impressive how horrible one company can be. First, they don't even knock or ring the doorbell on the first attempt for the delivery I had to sign for. After multiple calls and escalations (which, by the way, UPS makes it almost impossible to reach them), I was promised a call back from this facility to get my package re-routed - a total lie. The next day, they attempt again, and go to the door of my neighbor, when there is a clear note on my mailbox of where to deliver packages for my address. Completely absurd and disappointing, and my business will never use UPS going forward if this is how they'll treat my own customers.

The new arrangements with showing your card with security a joke. Seriously I flashed a random card that wasn’t ups and was let in. The security you so called have are jokes. They are either on their phone are to lazy to check card’s correctly

After a year of receiving deliveries via UPS here in Columbus, I'm sick to death of every driver knocking so LOUDLY on my door that it literally sounds like they use a sledgehammer - no exaggeration! Even with a large sign on my door for package delivery drivers to NOT knock when they deliver a package, every UPS driver does this. The 5, 6 or more LOUD knocks do not even make sense and they can be heard even in the apartment buildings next door! You would think that with the much-reported and continual fights for higher and higher pay by these drivers that they would at least have some common sense and use it when doing their jobs. I've lived in a number of large and small cities and in other states and never encountered such idiocy from UPS drivers before - or from any other package delivery company's drivers either. And just try filing a complaint with UPS of any kind, as it's a waste of time - and so is calling any local UPS office...
