I always go to this UPS store to drop off Amazon packages. The staff is always friendly and rarely do I have to wait long. Today Nasir assisted me and was a nice young man.

The girl at the front desk today was very friendly. She greeted me as soon as I walked into the store. My transaction with her was quick, easy and pleasant. Will definitely be making this my go to UPS store from now on!

Very rude and insensitive. If you cannot provide a service, simply be upfront about it. The woman was particularly cruel in the way she spoke to me. I will never go back here. There are fedex right down the road. Go there instead.

Usually a good experience. Recently had package information get adjusted on a prepaid shipment that I've shipped through the store multiple times, with the same size and weight, and have had no errors or adjustments made to them. Now I'm being charged for the adjustments even though the other prior shipments were just fine with the information I provided.
